Broken Grounds Coffee Company

Went through the drive-thru and they were busy inside, but super friendly and genuinely cared about getting the order right and the customer being satisfied. The coffee was great!

It’s a beautiful place and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady that took our order made our day with speaking Spanish to us and noticed we where from Puerto Rico. Everyone had a smile and was super welcoming regardless of them being busy.

Wife and I stopped for a coffee drink, it was excellent! Service was fantastic and the place is super clean. Great place to go, will visit sometime for lunch, their burgers look awesome!

Breakfast burrito is delicious. Rum frappe is a favorite. Staff is friendly and Herschel & wife Charity the owners are generous and seem like fine folks. I don’t know them all too well yet but Their care for service feels genuine. atmosphere is pleasant and seats are comfortable. Good and free WiFi.

Food was amazing, (have had a scone, perfectly baked, and a breakfast biscuit sandwich, best biscuit I have had in awhile!, My friend had a breakfast sandwich which they said was great too) love the atmosphere of this little shop. Customer service is above and beyond too!!

And the coffee, just fabulous!! I will definitely try to visit everytime I am in town

Addition: stopped by recently in desperate need of hot tea, choose the ginger peach (highly recommend even if you don't have a slight sore throat!) the ladies working where amazing and even gave me a nice dollop of honey!

Still the best dang place for coffee and scones, and they have a rewards program! Can't wait until I am in the area more often to enjoy it on a daily basis!

If you get through Sugar Creek and Berlin be sure to stop here in lovely downtown Millersburg. This area is quaint and historical with a vibrant main street. Broken Grounds is a swanky little coffee shop offering breakfast and lunch fare. Food was very good and the coffee was too notch. Latte was rich and foamy with a smooth espresso. We'll definitely be back.

Wow, just wow! Grilled chicken club was perfect in all regards. Iced latte was great. Orange scone (warmed) was fantastic. Staff was friendly and personable. Will definitely be back if anywhere close to the area. Highly recommend!

We were led to this wonderful place to eat, no doubt by the Lord. Not only was the food delicious, the conversation with Charity and her husband was precious. What great servants for our Lord! They even have a church in the building on Sundays as well as ministering to homeless folks and charity auctions for Native American families. God bless these amazing folks. If you want to feel blessed, stop in and experience this gem in the heart of Millersburg. ♡♡

Everyone was friendly and had a nice conversation with staff while ordering. The coffees we order were delicious. The building was clean and very welcoming!

The food and the coffee were great! We went on Sunday morning and it seemed like they were having a church service there, singing and preaching. It felt very weird.
