Super cute coffee shop with very friendly staff. I only wish that the large cold brew was bigger (it's only 16 ounces). Would love to see a 24 ounce option.

Great coffee and pleasant atmosphere inside. The coffee was awesome. We also had some cookies, peach turnovers and a scone. The cookies and turnovers were good but seemed to be just undercooked. Needed a bit of browning. The scone was great.
We would definitely return here for coffee and a treat.

Breakfast Wrap and Bowl are both delicious! Their Signature Flat White is perfect. And the shop itself is so beautifully decorated. We loved the kids table and activities! Well done, Simple Coffee Co!

I visit Simple Coffee Co. multiple times a week. I first went for the convenience (being local), but I now go for the delicious coffee, the atmosphere and the cheery faces that great me.
I go so often that most employees already know/anticipate what I’ll order.
The employees are always genuinely cheerful to the point they exude light which I carry out with me alongside my coffee.
I love this place immensely. Everything is made with love. You are treated with love.
If you want a sweet escape from the darkness that this world can often hold, walk into Simple Coffee Co and be prepared to share the light with others that’ll definitely be shared with you.

Really friendly, bright, clean, large space for coffee, Italian sodas, cookies, pastries, and the like. Lovely open space with plenty of tables and chairs. Super friendly staff/owners. Cool displays with art and t-shirts - especially tie-dyes! Soaps and other nice products too. Coffee was nice and strong, a really fun stop in Mechanicsburg. Def worth a trip!

Haven't had a better latte that I remember. Lots of choices to go with your coffee and several lunch options available as well. If you are looking for some ambience and a great place to meet in the Mechanicsburg area, I would highly recommend.

Love this place!! Serving Hemisphere coffee any way you like. Delicious muffins, scones, turnovers and the like. The staff is friendly and the building is beautifully redone. A fantastic place to meet friends for coffee or tuck into a corner to read and sip coffee.

Great coffee - and my friend said she gets one of their cinnamon rolls and takes 1/2 home. I took a lemon muffin home (it was great!).

Even though they didn't have anything gluten free, the people were so kind. Since we were new to their place, if we had questions, they explained things to us patiently. It was an old building on a corner with such charm. They not only sold food and drink, but had beautiful crafts for sale as well. We came in there kind of stressed out (car broke down!). The people and the peaceful atmosphere put us at ease quickly. It was easy to tell that this was a Christian-run business (crafts leaned well this way as well as the gentle praise music in the background). Also family-friendly (after we had settled in, two or three families came in and all seemed comfortable). Very relaxing, not at all sterile or stuffy like other coffee places can be. Loved this "Mom & Pop" place!
