Friendly staff. Adorably decorated. Lots of menu options, but I need to go back. I got oat milk & it wasn't that good after a few sips.

Cool look, overpriced coffee. Selling the vibe more than the bean. Staff is good at faking the smile, but ultimately not happy. More genuine java is found in Kent.

The atmosphere was very nice. The ladies behind the counter were in tune and eager to assist. The coffee is outstanding I would love to see Heartwood run Starbucks out of town! 😎

Cute coffee shop with fast service and friendly staff. The Hudson location is in a cute downtown area away from the road...so it feels like a hidden gem. The shop size is small so grab a seat when you can.

Adorable coffee shop. I love the NOLA iced coffee- glad it is back from spring/summer. This is a great place to meet with friends or to grab a drink on the run. Perfect location in relationship to the square.

The chai is made in house and is really great. I prefer it hot and with oat milk. The oat milk is Chobani, which I don't love because they use gums, so I hope they change this product in the future. The avocado toast was also very good, as were the baked goods. Friendly service!

Best coffee shop in NE Ohio. Good people, and great drinks. The NOLA cold brew is heaven in a cup. Heartwood's single origin roasts are top notch too.

I enjoyed it. Great coffee. I would recommend them to make it more cozy or unique. Kind of felt like a sterile commercial feel.

Adorable local coffee shop, delicious coffee, low key yet chic atmosphere. “Grow together” is a lovely motto they have! Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in the area.
