My new favorite local coffee roaster. Their single origin, small farm coffee growers like Finca Monte Nevado run by Herminio Perdomo in Honduras is beautifully sublime with notes of creamy raspberry sorbet, cherry flesh and milk chocolate. As someone who's roasted a lot of coffee beans in the day, I can say these guys know roasting. Every different single origin I've tried has been (1) roasted a day or two before purchasing and (2) the correct roast level for the characteristics of that bean. And they're opening up a location in Pinecrest in the Spring. And they also do mail order.

Peanut butter cookie is really good, and vanilla iced latte is great! service was kind and friendly

Lovely coffee roaster and shop. Looked like a great spot for studying or getting some work done, the baristas were unpretentious and friendly, and the coffee was delicious. I will say the smoked maple latte that drew me in wasn’t the smokiest or maple-iest drink ever but still was a delicious cup of coffee. Grabbed some beans to go for gifts and the recipients were not disappointed. Overall a great experience and I’m excited to see there will be a new location in Pinecrest!

Nice, local coffee spot. Mocha was pretty good, croissant was super yummy, cortado was just ok. We arrived when they were very busy so we waited some, which is sort of the norm these days.

This coffee shop is perfect for small town USA of Hudson! The food and drinks are all delicious and the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommend visiting!

Got a decaf caramel coffee drink and an Americano black. The decaf was bitter and had no caramel taste because the caramel was in a lump at the bottom and not mixed in. The Americano is brown water. Worst coffee ever. The aesthetics of the environment are really nice but the coffee is truly terrible. Considering it’s a coffee shop, the coffee should be better. It wasn’t just not up to par. It was hands down the worst coffee we’ve ever had in all our travels.

Cute little tucked away coffee house in Hudson. Very spacious. Dine in or take out. Oudoor seating as well. You can situp stairs or downstairs. Many coffee and tea options and there are sandwiches and pastries.

Happened to stumble upon this place by accident. Very pleasant surprise! I was greeted by two very friendly baristas. After I told them I’d never been there before, I was excitedly shown the coffee and tea list. Ended up trying a special combination of coffee, chocolate, and cayenne pepper. It was spicy, flavorful, and delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out!

This place is tucked in the back of a small retail area in Hudson. Charming and delicious, it is highly worth the very slight 'off the beaten path' location. The coffee is delicious! Tried the Miel (honey) latte, which is a good blend of slight natural sweet with espresso. But lavender is very good as well. Small bakery selection of food, with typical prices, but still tasty. Check it out.

Sandwiches should include ingredients not just a price tag. If you sell it, you need to tell it. Some employees should be thinking too highly of themselves, they do not even look at customer’s face. The drinks were cold.
