Getting strong Pacific Northwest vibes as I walk into this shop on a cool, overcast day. The roast is absolutely on-point, and you really need to try a pour over to experience it in all its glory. Friendly folks behind the counter help navigate the menu with a smile, and atmosphere is trendy and live without being pretentious. Love it!

2.5 stars. Great coffee. Nice looking coffee shop. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Unorganized and easily overwhelmed staff, especially during the busy weekends. I exclusively use the ordering app now and make sure I am there early per the apps timing estimates. Otherwise you run the risk of another person with your name taking your order by accident. I watched this happen 3 times on a Saturday with a line out the door. But, ordering from the app and getting there early ensures you get great coffee without having to wait in line. Just be sure to double check the order you pick up is actually yours.

Heartwood is one of our favorite coffee roasters and shops in northeast Ohio! Always quality service and products, you know what you’re going to get. Interesting and ambitious seasonal drinks too that are always worth a try!

Fantastic coffee shop! Great atmosphere with phenomenal coffee. Also a great place to do some work or hang out with friends.

Cute place with good coffee. Nice heavy coffee mugs and plenty of seating on two levels. Excellent selection of coffee and coffee products for sale.

Cute shop. Good coffee though I prefer darker, less tangy coffees. My favorite latte is the Miele/Honey Buzz. Service was slow when I was there on a Sunday morning though there wasn't a line. Some seasonal drinks aren't mixed with milk like a latte, so be sure to ask before ordering one that sounds good based solely on the name (I asked first and was glad I did).

Inside has a work-away-from-home/meeting-friendly atmosphere. We choose to sit outside as the weather was beautiful. The staff accommodated my request. The smoked maple latte was surprisingly pleasant.

Such a great atmosphere and staff! Coffee is good and the gluten free breakfast cookies are delicious! Love meeting friends or doing some work here.

Great coffee, reasonable price. Me and my wife enjoyed it. The staff so awesome and she was confident to recommended the drink for me and it is 1 of the best coffee I ever tried in Ohio.

Still the BEST coffee around.

Max makes the best Cortado around. It’s very hard to find a good Cortado up here in the Northeast area. Down to Miami Florida no problem. With one exception here at Hearthwood coffee roasters in Hudson. Max has perfected the Cortito. It makes me want to come here every single day. The price is right too. $2.50 just like many places in Florida. They make a fantastic Americano too. This coffee shop has a beautiful interior with a mezzanine and outside seating. This location also has a semi private room with some children’s toys and books off to the side. A great place for a meeting or to entertain a child while you’re enjoying coffee with your adult friend. They recently added a very comfortable couch in their seating area too. The people are friendly and welcoming. Just a great way to start your day.
