I just came back from the Catfe and I loved it so much! The workers were polite and enthusiastic. Lots of cats and the cats had a cute room filled with toys and enough for the cats to do. The food... WAS AWESOME! I ordered a mocha and a cat cake pop and it was so yummy. Good place for cat lovers and/or someone interested in adopting a cat. A great family place. Overall, my experience was wonderful and if you go I hope you feel the same.

Super fun cute place to have coffee and cuddle cats. What more needs said!

40 plus local artists are represented here. The variety is incredible and it feels so good to support makers and small business.

Best spot in all of Dayton for a fantastic coffee. The staff consistently makes perfect espresso which is very rare from most other places. They have delicious Hot Drinks but my favorite are their Iced Drinks - Iced Latte, Iced Mocha, Iced Chai and their Iced Honey Cinnamon is surprisingly great (it's like a refreshing sweet cinnamon stick with espresso). My husband and I come here all the time just for the coffee but the kitties are well worth visiting. Most of the cats that come through are extremely friendly and playful. Some do have a little hesitation being around people but that is to be expected. The cats are taken excellent care of and the facility is always perfectly clean and free of any unpleasant smells. The staff is always friendly, helpful and informative. It's an excellent place to enjoy delicious coffee while supporting a worthwhile cause, what more can you hope for! π±πΎπ§Άπ

Great place! The coffee is great and the cats are super fun! Make sure on weekends to call ahead to see the cats as only so many people can go in at one time! They also use reusable cups and metal straws when you stay which is amazing! Love is place! (P.S adopt one of the cats they are awesome)

Full disclosure: I'm allergic to cats but I really like this place anyway.
Gem City Catfe is a great place to hang out. You can get a nice coffee or tea, along with a delicious pastry, and also look at and play with some adorable cats! Or, look at them and admire them through the windows, if you are allergic like me, but still enjoy animals.
The cats are all adoptable if you're looking to give a particularly perfect feline a loving forever home!
They only let a certain amount of people in with the cats at any given time, to prevent overcrowding and stressing the critters out.
Merchandise is available for both humans and kitties! Wouldn't your cat love a nice bottle of salmon and catnip wine?
There is also a large upstairs room filled with art to gawk at and purchase. The upstairs room is perfect to chill in or work in, as it's more spacious and quiet.
What more is there to say? Friendly staff, good warm beverages, local artwork, fuzzy kitties. Insert favorite cat-related pun here!

Such a NEAT place! Extremely well managed, and the coffee and muffins were SO good! Excellent atmosphere, and all of the cats were super adorable and very friendly. So fun to drink coffee and hang out with them.
This catfe was such a super neat place! We greatly enjoyed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love this place! YES you can pet cats here BUT they're in a completely separate area with their own HVAC that's separate from the cafe portion...so if you're allergic, don't worry! The coffee drinks here are good, the staff is friendly, and the merch is on point! Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in Dayton. This cat cafe funds TNVR efforts and rescue. Such a great cause, and very well done!

Still recovering after having lost my 14 year old friend, this was my most engagement with felines since. I took it slow with all of them, only the kittens bothered to stay near because they were non stop action zoomies. The rest annoyed me very much as the pet attempts were treated with hostility or fleeing. One exception is a white cat with eyes that didn't look normal was the most chill as it chilled nearby. Maybe it was a bad time to visit, but it was almost a bad time.
