Took 20 minutes for 2 hot chocolates with no one inside ordering before us. When we finally received them all of the chocolate powder was caked at the bottom of some very lukewarm oat milk. Now I remember why I haven't been back in years. The staff was super friendly though.

I recently moved to the Beechwold neighborhood and was excited that there is a local coffee shop so close. I've been in with a friend on a few occasions and each time the service was worse. Today one of the employees was super rude after it took 25 minutes to get 2 expresso drinks. When I inquired, she snapped that she was only one person instead of just saying they would be up shortly. I just thought they might have lost the order.
Anyway, after multiple visits giving this a shot, I won't be going back. The drinks have been mediocre and the service is not great. I understand that everywhere is short-staffed, but did want to give the feedback.

Incredibly slow customer service, drinks are often completely wrong, it's a terrible experience every time I make the mistake of giving them another chance. Crimson Cup gives local coffee a bad name. They are a Starbucks wannabe and are even failing at that.

Absolute worst service. Chick running the drive thru couldn’t be more put out by you bothering her. Sit and wait for a reg. coffee, with only one person in the drive thru before you, because they have catching up to do. Second time in a month. Try to support “local”, but when local sucks…Starbucks it is.

If you are a coffee lover, you have to try this place. It has a good comfortable vibe. Perfect place to hang out during Summer/Fall outside when weather permits. Good coffee as well fo sho!

Their regular roasts are so good. Recommend their NOLA (iced bitter coffee with cream), and buying their Siguatepeque light roast beans to take home.

I ordered cardamom rose latte and it’s the best coffee I have ever had. I would love to try their all new flavors. Looking forward to be here again soon.

Coffee is delicious! Went inside today, for the first time. Only my second time here. I saw this brownie in the case and it called my name.. Pam oh Pam you need me.. 😋. They were very busy yet the gentleman that waited on me made me feel like I was the only one there. I will be going back again and again. Oh I also love that they use a local bakery.

Crimson Cup Coffee is our favorite coffee shop! We love the drive-through! The people who work here are genuinely nice and care about their customers!
