Rising Star Coffee Roasters

I got a cup of Light roasted Aeropress coffee. It's good and what I expected. Great selection of Cafe drinks you can get and if you're into a quaint hipster Cafe you'll love Rising Star.

Recently moved a few blocks away and enjoy biking over a couple mornings every week. Their espresso is top notch and am a fan of their illuminator beans at home for mornings when I'm too lazy to ride over! Staff is nice and attentive and I dig the openness of the building when they have the garage door up! Best coffee spot I've come across anywhere.

We had a great experience in your Little Italy location. The store is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and knew their stuff. The coffee was great too. I especially appreciated the written list of coffees available for pour over. It was worth the drive over from Erie.

Amazing coffee—at the very top of Cleveland's coffee offerings. Incredible staff—nice, informed, helpful. Great atmosphere—friendly hipsters, nerds, beautiful people without attitudes. This is a MUST GO. If you haven't been here, don't delay. I can't walk by; I always go in.

Quite possibly the best Caffe Latte I’ve ever had.

This shop has a great indoor and outdoor section. It is clean and beautiful in appearance... The espresso is excellent and served on a wooden tray with a glass of seltzer water to accompany it which is a great idea. The one barista was very ironic and sarcastic which take it or leave it is what you expect from a trendy coffee shop. The other barista was very kind and friendly!

This was my first time here and I LOVED it. I'm always on the lookout for a new place to study/work from home and this is the perfect spot. Plenty of seating/outlets, friendly staff, calm environment. 10/10 would recommend getting the "Promised Land Latte." You won't be disappointed.
