It’s has lost a bit of it’s appeal, seating was cozier, bar was better placed and staff seemed a bit more professional. Promise of Mexican Mocha never came, they told me it’s seasonal (I believe they had it last winter), which season exactly!?. Perhaps future holds better days.

Deliciousness. Peanut butter cookie was amazing and tried the Cardamom bomb as well. Can't wait to go back.

Very friendly staff and excellent coffee! I was just passing through on my way home from Michigan to Buffalo, and the staff kindly talked with me about vegetarian options nearby and wished me well on my way. I would definitely go back.

Truly some of the best coffee in Cleveland. We swear by Rising Star and drink it every morning at home. Incredible quality coffee, and the in-cafe experience is always positive. Their barista team is knowledgable, friendly, and willing to give tips on helping you make an expert cup at home.

The coffee is really good and its in the heart of Cleveland. It's a must for the coffee aficionado. The employees are always so upbeat and friendly!

As a frequent visitor of Cleveland and a coffee enthusiast, this is by far my favorite coffee stop in town for a quick grab and go cup of joe. The walk up in what looks like an old fire hall is very trendy, the renovations are perfect and it has a great feel. And the coffee is amazing!! I drink mine black, nothing fancy so I get the full flavor. No opinions on specialty stuff, just fantastic straight black coffee!! Yum yum!!

Also a cool neighborhood to go for a walk and enjoy your coffee. I do this every time I’m in town. Awesome job guys!! I’m a HUGE fan!!

Very smooth cold brew, recommend their bags of whole bean for home

Good atmosphere and good service, espresso is very good and their beans to bring home are quite good as well.

Unfortunately, in recent visits, I have had some really bad drinks including iced coffee, drip coffee and iced lattes. Prior to March 2021 the Hingetown location had 5 stars from me but I am now dissuaded from returning.
