Always friendly service. Mitch, Amber, Jeremy, Chelsea, Lilly, & Co are great! My wife and I start each work day here with a speedball and light roast respectively.

Really surprised that my latte was as bad as it was.

I'm hoping the barista thought I was someone in his past who stole his pogs or stepped on his new Nike's or something and wanted to seek revenge on me, the assumed bully, in the form of an incredibly over-extracted shot. No clue, but that'd be a cool reason to have a gruesome and intense feud with someone. I just wish I didn't just spend 5$ on it.

This is my favorite local coffee chain in Cleveland. The drinks are excellent, the pastries are tasty, and the baristas are nice (unless you want a little sad sass with your coffee like me)

the cold brew was decent, barista was very friendly and fun to talk to, and gave us good suggestions for other things in Cleveland, which was nice of him.

This place always has the kindest employees who are pretty quick with your order no matter how busy they are! Also a nice place to draw, study, read, or have a meeting.

Very clean, great customer service and very relaxing atmosphere. I was there for a meeting. The hot chocolate wasn't the best but it is a great place!

The atmosphere is nice. Coffee wasnt bad. Wish they had more choices other then the standard. Definitely not Starbucks.
