What a great place! Located in the middle of town, this place serves amazing coffee! I got a mexicocoa! So it’s a spicy hot cocoa, but then I added a shot of espresso! Not really a fan of the spicy-ness, but I always love trying new things!

Love the people here, and their lattes are the absolute best. Speedballs will always hold a place in my heart. The only down side is that they've completely removed comfortable seating. It's a coffee shop guys, I want to be able to buy coffee after coffee while writing my 12-14 page grad school essays

Great coffee and they have local artists selling art work here. I have been to all of Phoenixes locations in Cleveland and I think this one has the most character out of all of them. Great coffee and deserts as well.

They make high quality beverages, have a great selection of vegan food, the place is clean, and the service is great.
I've only been there on Sundays, so I don't know how it is during really busy times, but they seem to be able to keep up with orders so I never have to wait long.

Coffee is unique and tasty. They take their coffee very seriously at Phoenix and have a lot of options for those who aren't coffee snobs as well. I highly recommend the "Speedball" for first-timers.

I live down the road and this is my place to go, besides their quality coffee, their bagels and vegan options are amazing. Customer service is 10/10 and personable, they always ask specifics about your order to make sure it's right.
