Coffee Works

I wan to love this place. Just a cozy little mom and pop type coffee shop. I just feel like it is never as good as it should be. Many times my food order is wrong, or poorly done. The staff is friendly enough, but at times I feel like they are not sure what they should be doing.

Arabica is my favorite coffee shop and wish there were more of them around. Was excited to find this one in Chesterland as I didnt know they were here. Stopped in and got a cup of the Banana Foster coffee and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and store atmosphere was inviting and friendly.

Kathy is the best. Great coffee and baked goods. The drive through window is very convenient and the dining room offers comfortable seating as well as convenient meeting rooms for small / medium groups. A perfect small town 3rd place (and a 1st place coffee house.)

This place is normally very good but until they turned it into a coffee works everything does not taste right. I just got my hot mocha and the milk inside was bitter and very sour. And the breakfast wrap I got was bitter and didn’t taste good. Sorry but people need to know.

I stopped in at 10:10am Friday morning. Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my extra large latte, only to be given a large and no offer at a refund OR EVEN BOTHER TO CORRECT THE ORDER. 😂 a latte is the most basic drink and these people can’t even manage to do it correctly without ripping off a customer. Well, I’ve been coming here for 3 years and this is the last straw. Don’t waste your time at this incredibly sub par “establishment”

Defiantly number one place for an awesome breakfast sandwich! But I’ve noticed a lack of sanitation when making those sandwiches, it’s not often I see employees put gloves on or wash they’re hands prior. Just as an example a couple days ago one of the very kind adult employee took a drive threw order touching the computer and then took the money and went right to making the sandwich after, while it’s cooking she then took another order, received money and so on and then right after grabbed cheese with her bare hands and placed it on the sandwich. Truly love this place but I don’t want to eat the germs off peoples money and the computer screen. Please have the employees put gloves on every time when preparing food so I can continue to give you my money and enjoy your delicious breakfast sandwich just about everyday!

This is a quaint clean place that offers delicious food, pastries and coffee. I love the egg, cheese and ham breakfast croissant sandwich - my favorite. It's safe and cozy...and it has a drive thru! I frequent this place a lot. You should too! Support small independent businesses!

It's a great place to meet for business and pleasure. The small conference room is great for meetings. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, and well-informed about their products. They continue to offer new ones: the homemade soups, among other things, are wonderful. They have recently added some great ice creams and Kona coffee.

Unlike most coffee places, this one has a truly homey feel, and it's generally possible to find a seat.

Cannot get a correct coffee order. Seven out of eight times wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going again. One plus is that their breakfast wraps are good. Real eggs and sausage.

Not sure how to rate this place. I’ve always loved arabica coffee. And this location is really convenient for me but gosh....the girls who work in here really have some terrible attitudes. They can’t even pretend to be happy or pleasant in the slightest and or acknowledge a “hello” or “thank you”.
