The food options are all amazing and so many healthy tasty options as well. And the staff. Hands down the friendliest people.

I so wanted to love this place it’s in a quaint location right in downtown Chardon. The building was clean and well kept and they have a decent selection of GF bakery items which was wonderful since my wife if GF. We ordered two Lattes a salad and avocado toast with egg. My salad came out without feta which was forgivable and it happens however I was not informed they were of it by cashier or staff that delivered the food. I went up requesting they cheese and was then informed by kitchen staff they were out. My wife ordered avocado toast with an egg on GF bread. They forgot to add the egg and the bread was not toasted at all anyone that had eaten GF bread knows it was to be toasted. My wife never complains but was upset she only took a couple bites and threw it away. With tip the meal cost us $28. Defiantly not worth it. The Lattes were good however.

Friendly atmosphere, wonderful soup. I highly recommend the tomato basil soup.

I have been to this coffee shop twice. The first experience was okay, the staff was friendly but the food was not the best, nor the coffee. However the second time, I decided to give it another chance and because my family comes here very often, and was SIGNIFICANTLY dissapointed. I spent $13 on food, and proceeded to ask for a cup of water. I was told they did not have any free cups of water and I could only purchase a water bottle. I then told the cashier that it was not even for me, but my dog who was outside in the 85 degree heat. I was then charged a dollar for small CUP OF WATER. Moving forward, one of the sandwiches we ordered did not come out the way we were expecting. When I asked the cashier she said it was because of the way we ordered it, which i completely understand. However, when I politely mentioned that they should try to help a customer our and make things clearer if they look confused, I was responded to with attitude. This shop has a lot of potential and is very aesthetic, but unfortunately I don’t see myself ever coming back.

If atmosphere and comfort are important to you, besides excellent coffee, Beans is your place. I love the relaxing music and comfortable seating. It sure beats the pretensioness of the coffee shop opening soon around the corner

I would get a mocha every morning if I could. The atmosphere of the entire place is perfection! Bonus that their food is amazing as well. It’s the perfect coffee shop located on the beautiful Chardon Square.

Moved to town recently and have been here three times, I have to say it is the most excellent coffee shop I've been too. You can choose to have your coffee made in a French Press which is a huge bonus for me. I'm a French Roast guy and the one they stock tastes excellent, deep and dark but not burnt tasting at all.

I love this coffe shop! It has such a cozy atmosphere and I love to watch the baristas laugh and joke around with their regular customers. My favorite lunch is the Turkey Maple Bacon sandwich on a pretzle bun. The Lotus Engergy Whip drinks are sooo good. I want to stop by here every time I drive by on the square!
