Stopped in for a tea this morning. Was surprised by the nice place. Cozy and comfy atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Had a cup of green tea and sat at a table for a while. Noticed the tall bookcases with books. Will have to come back and linger while reading!
Didn't get any food this time but the bagels, pastries, and breakfast food looked and smelled good. Nice selection.
Even though it was a cool 20F,the interior of the shop was warm. A nice place to pass a cold NEO morning.

Coffee Tour 2022!🤣
Another trip to Chardon this week brought us to Beans. Full disclosure, have been before but only now doing a review because well, they deserve it.
Absolutely love this shop, the coffee is always great (and served in mugs! Seriously) and the food is diverse (gluten-free options) and tasty. Today we had a breakfast bagel and a wrap, also shared a chocolate loaf. Everything was awesome.
Day Four of this year’s tour and we enjoyed the vibe inside today, it was busy and all kinds of cool interactions were taking place. We will definitely be back.

Went in with a friend this morning because we wanted to try the coffee flights. Was disappointed to find out that they do not offer dairy free options for the flights. I found that strange in this day and age. I did still purchase the flight because that was my entire reason for going, but I only was able to enjoy a small portion of each of the coffees for this reason. I ordered the cold brew flight and it was fun to sample the different flavors. I really enjoyed three of the four offerings. Also tried the ultimate breakfast panini which was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted, will definitely order that again. The restaurant itself was very comfortable and well decorated and all of the employees were very kind. I gave 4 stars because us dairy intolerant folks deserve a nice coffee flight too.

I go here for breakfast, brunch, or lunch a few times a week. They have great sandwiches and breakfast items in addition to their coffee. The espresso drinks, and brewed coffee are all very good. The food and service are excellent as well. It has a great small town coffee shop vibe. It’s on the pricey side but nothing egregious and you really do get what you pay for.

Really wish they had it posted somewhere, anywhere that they don’t have the kitchen open to serve food on Sundays. Sunday breakfast is a huge thing in my family. It would’ve saved us a drive. We were quite disappointed as we’re many people in line after us as we were sitting there with our coffees.
Bakery case was almost empty at 8:30am so choices were very limited.
Coffee is okay, the flight is pretty boring flavor wise for the price, as compared to other places we’ve been to, I don’t really like “chewing” coffee so the coconut ontop was weird on the one and I know what cold brew tastes like with hardly any sweetener (just sweetened cold foam) now though so that’s fun, not.
Will hopefully try to get up one day and try the food we were so looking forward to trying but we work in the mornings on weekdays and are busy on Sundays.

Walking into this coffee shop, I really liked its vibe-- jazz music playing from a record player, used books for sale, friendly barista. However, I got a gluten free maple donut and an amaretto latte and was disappointed. The donut was so dry and crumbly I didn't finish eating it. The latte tasted watered down and I couldn't taste the flavor at all... I didn't finish it, either. Altogether it was about $8 which, especially for this quality, was over priced. The shop has potential, but misses the mark.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I'm from Mentor and I will drive the 15-20 minutes to have breakfast here. The vibe is FANTASTIC. Cute, rustic, chill, and artsy atmosphere. The oatmeal is SUPERB. The various toast dishes are great as well. My dad says he likes the breakfast sandwiches. They are very fresh and not artificial like fast food ones. I have gotten several varying pastries here and they have all been great!! The tea is good too. The employees are nice (especially the one lady that is always working the shop). Best oatmeal ever!!

What a fun place. Our first time here (we're not local) Had breakfast, baked goods, and lattes. The people working were super nice.

Here is a lovely indie cafe which seems hard to find when I travel in the States. It is very spacious, well decorated, comfortable and even has the daily newspaper to read. The mocha was awesome. The only weakness is their wifi which is limited to 30 minutes for a guest pass. All of the cafe's I've been to in Canada have unlimited time for the wifi.

Love this place! Quant and friendly! Stopped in for my birthday on Saturday morning, and as busy as they were, the staff found time to treat me to a slice of cake (with candle!) and sing Happy Birthday! Small business at it's finest!
