Juniper Brewing Company

Today my mother and my daughter came here to eat. They order nachos and a salad and waited way to long for these two simple meals. The nachos had almost nothing on them but the table full of men next to them ordered them and they were fully loaded. The salad wasn’t impressive and my mother waited and watched as the staff were told many times not to go back into the kitchen for some reason as the only cook kept coming out to the dinner floor speaking to all these large tables. Then the server tried to make things right by bringing a dessert, some flat deep fried bread thing with sweet sauces and it was covered in cooking oil. My mother and daughter were disappointed in mostly the cook, there was favoritism going on. We need more places in BG to eat and enjoy ourselves and feel appreciated but that’s not the case with Juniper. This is the second time my mother has been here and both times it was terrible. The portions are not worth the price especially when staff favors larger tables over repeat or what could have been repeat customers. I get that everyone is understaffed but this has nothing to do with that. Only gave one star so I could post this.

Very open space with lots of natural light and great atmosphere. Doesn't feel crowded even when busy. I had the chorizo burrito and even though it took a while because I think my order got misplaced, it was very good and worth the wait. Didn't seem like my wait time was the normal though; others seemed to be getting their food pretty quickly. Definitely recommend - seems like a great spot to hang out and have a couple drinks and a light meal with friends once it's safe to do so again.

The Taco Board is so fresh and delicious!! Great beer and great atmosphere!

We stopped in for beer not realizing they had a full menu. Looked like really good food! We got a flight and the Soulshine was amazing! They didn't have cans for the crowler maker so we sadly did not get any to go. If I am ever in BG again we'll go back because I think this place has potential.

I went with my granddaughter and I was so disappointed. We ordered the salad and nacho. It took forever. The waiter said he was sorry and he didn't understand why. Then it come and the nachos had very little on them and the cheese was cold. Not worth 10.00. But the table next to us ordered the same and they were topped . They looked good. So go when it slow

Loved the beer, food, and atmosphere of Juniper Brewing Company. Can't wait for the live music to start later this year.

So glad a place like this has popped up in BG. The coffee and food were both delicious (I recommend the curry chicken salad). Customer service was great. Also, the inside is just beautiful. Tons of natural lighting, great decor, and everything is spaced out enough to where I felt safe dining in. I can't wait until the brewery section opens up. I can only imagine the wonderful brews happening! This will definitely be my new spot.

Loved the environment, branding and overall style throughout the taproom. Enjoyed flights of every beer on tap. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly and enthusiastic. We didn’t eat, but the food being served to other customers looked impressive.

Normally, I think Juniper is good. I and four other people went in for the Sunday Funday menu. Just one item on the menu, a burger. Despite only having the one item, all 5 orders were incorrect. Every. Single. One. After sending back 3 of the 5 burgers, we ultimately accepted our fate and ate what they gave us. All of the burgers were also over cooked. It seemed like a genuine struggle for them with only one item on the menu, which was coupled with the fact that we waited a long amount of time. It was not a good experience with their first go around at this limited menu. I do hope they pick it up as we like to patron local businesses.
