Beyond deplorable! I would never consider having a conversation with any employee in an open forum. It had to be humiliating for the employee to have patrons hear the conversation. As the employee was walking away another employee asked how it went and the gossip began! This time the lady who identified herself as a part of the leadership team continued talking about the conversation as they walked to a private office. The other employee should have had the benefit of having the behind closed door conversation as well. Back to the meeting between the initial employee and lady who called herself a part of "leadership ", I recommend she reads "Crucial Conversations" and enrolls in leadership classes. Leadership is more than a title.

Great place for coffee and breakfast and then topped it off with lunch and a flight.

They were really busy and unfortunately understaffed. Our food took a while to arrive, and when it did it ... it was slightly under prepared. For example.. My avocado toast was avocado bread and our wraps were overdressed.

Been here a few times, love the food, decor and vibe. I feel BG has been missing this type of restaurant for awhile, reminds me more of a bigger city restaurant /vibe

Cool place in BG. service is slow. Their beer is really good been there twice and can't get away from having the smash burger

Life is not complete until you have the chorizo burrito! It's the only thing I get everytime I go! The oatmeal stout goes great with it as well.

Very comfortable atmosphere, but do not come when you need to be somewhere. Ordered my coffee 15 minutes ago and still waiting. I am going to late for a college visit.

This place is doing much better now that they have changed things.
As far as I know they have a new chef, and this has made a big difference in the quality and the portions of the food. Before the quality was spotty and the portions were far too large serving no less than 2 and the prices reflected that.
Now the food is absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are actually for 1 person. The prices are in line with the quality.
I have had several things from the menu but perhaps my favorite is the smash burger, it is absolutely delicious.
The beer is also quite good. When they first opened they were still finding themselves and figuring things out with the beer. Now however they have found exactly what they want to do.
While I haven't had the chance to try everything that they brew, the beers that I have had are tremendous and, on top of that, very reasonably priced for what you are getting.
If you haven't tried Juniper, try it
If you tried it before the changes, give it another try.
You wont be disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised. Stopped in here for a quick one before the hockey game. The Soulshine was a very enjoyable west coast IPA. We were kicking ourselves we didn’t make this our first stop. Will definitely be recommending and stopping in for a few.

My favorite thing about this place is the atmosphere. Very chill. Food and beer have gotten a lot better over time. Only thing that still lacks a bit is the service, the people are always nice, it can just be very slow at times.
