Absolutely great Americano! The service was quick. The coffee was very flavourful, no traces of burnt beans like you get at other coffee shops. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming here daily for my bagel and coffee for the past 10 months. The quality of the coffee and bagels are excellent and the service is superb! Parking and restrooms at La Plas are not a problem. At times it can get rather crowded but I have never had a problem finding a seat inside or outside the shop. The prices are competitive with what other shops charge. The many baristas I have come to know here are caring and knowlegeable people who really make you feel comfortable.

Good coffee, and my partner says they make a good latte. They have sandwiches too, which certainly sound good (I've never actually ordered a sandwich, because this place is adjacent to Mitchell's ice cream and I'd rather not add more calories on top of ice cream).

The coffee at Nervous Dog is tasty and fresh, as customers can watch the baristas brewing coffee and customizing each order. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the reason that Nervous Dog is a 4/5 is due to the price and the noise level. Both are a bit high. As a great workplace (minus the somewhat obtrusive noise level) and in a convenient location, Nervous Dog excels with great coffee and great employees. Definitely worth checking out!

Beautiful coffee shop! Amazing customer service! I love the repurposed metal and loft aesthetic. They even have a place where you can grind coffee beans to take home! Great music too. I’ll be back!

Delicious lattes with interesting flavors (harvest latte comes to mind), a wide variety of coffee beans (hell yes highlander grogg), a cozy environment, tons of mouth watering sweets (Russian tea biscuits send me to heaven), and you can get a mean sandwich. These are all reasons I keep coming back.

I love the atmosphere, it always happens to be filled with people lounging around and working on their computers. Usually a good sign, as most people won't stick around drinking a subpar beverage, you want to stay in a coffee shop with good coffee!

Another good sign was that the employees didn't seem to be hating their existence at work. Quite the opposite, they were having a good time (not too good, still professional) but were expedient in making the drinks and taking orders. They had so many different options, I was very tempted to not get my regular order, but I was too curious to see how my order would compare to the others I have had.

I always get an iced Americano and my new standard for my favorite iced caffeinated beverage has been set by my new favorite coffee shop, Nervous Dog Coffee!

Randomly found this location after leaving the container store, where I met Sam, as a business owner I appreciate great customer service, Sam was exactly that!!! If I lived in Cleveland I would frequent this location based off of Sam’s customer service!! He was very knowledgeable and honest, this place has an organic but corporate feel which I think is the perfect blend, that we are structured but chill at the same time!!! Sam spoke highly of the owner of this company!!! My sandwich was DELICIOUS and very fresh and My caramel macchiato was delish!!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

Were it not for an associate behind the counter letting his hair down and shaking it like no tomorrow, I'd gladly give all the stars. Due to poor hygiene and what I hope is a health violation of some type, I will not be returning.

Love this coffee bar! Great hand crafted lattes and mochas! My favorite is the Bonfire. It's a mocha coffee with hints of cinnamon, caramel, and marshmallows! Huge fan! The service is very friendly and the place is neatly kept.

It resides in in La Place next to Mitchell's Icecream. It took the place of Caribou Coffee (which I also loved). I am a repeat customer, and I would reccomend this coffee to anyone.
