Coffee is great, not just burned beans or the oddly self-important "coffee experience" you find at many other places. A big downside, as mentioned elsewhere, is the really loud indie band post-rock-punk-emo. If you think caffeine can start your morning on the edge, stir in an unrelenting set list of bands fronted by screamo and backed by one-groove drummers.

This shop has some fantastic coffee and friendly and capable baristas. Unfortunately it is often crowded even in the pandemic and with the available mall seating. The clientele isn't the nicest either so have headphones or get it to go.

Visiting town been here days in a Row. Coffee is pretty good. Tuesday the tall thin guy was super friendly and helpful. Today the people may need to switch the music from Emo rock to uplifting rock and maybe their mood will be a bit better. ?
Because the guy was not friendly. At all. He acted like I was bothering him to take my order the girl wasn’t very friendly either. Seem miserable w a lot of passive agg. As an empath I could not sit in there today. Yesterday I enjoyed the place energy and music even.

I didn’t pick their job but if you’re going to work at a coffee house at least say hi and at least be somewhat friendly and leave your bag is at the door everybody has their problems. Be nice? I spent 45 bucks in two days and unfortunately left with a gross feeling.

We absolutely love nervous dog coffee! We did it every time we're in town which is only about once a year, but it is the best around.

Amazing coffee! I loved the ambience! I can't believe I missed this lovely coffee shop after being in Cleveland for so long. I'm sold!

I wanted to try a sample of two coffee beans (toasted almond and peanut butter cup) and the gentleman helping me was so patient and nice about it. He didn’t even charge me! I was going to tip cash, but didn’t have any at the moment. Service is A1 and kind.

Coffee is so good. Perfect place to remote work.

The coffee is amazing here. For that alone I would come back. The only thing I have noticed that is a bit disheartening is that the display cases for the pastries is generally almost empty when I am there. I was there at 7:20 this morning and there was hardly anything in the case. Plus the writing on the display case that tells you what is there is practically erased - really hard to read. I always look for a grab and go pastry - not a sandwich that needs to be cooked so I was a bit disappointed there doesn't seem to be options available.

when I first moved to the area in summer of 2017, this was my FAVORITE coffee shop. I frequented once a week, sometimes more. there was a lovely bunch of quirky individuals who were regular employees, and now NONE of them work here anymore. so the last 3 months when I've gone in, it's been sparse, the coffee hasn't had nearly as much flavor, the employees always seem put off by us coming in, and I don't feel welcome and enjoy my visits anymore. I called to express my feelings about the coffee and the manager was sweet, but basically said she didn't know how to help besides free coffee next time. I really hope they up their anty again because I feel they will lose a lot of regulars if this keeps up.

Came in really early to finish work I didnt want to do. At least the coffee and breakfast sandwich were perfect. Loved the spot and will return again :)
