Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere! The Snickers mocha was delicious. Cow milk alternatives available. Some pastries and food offerings. Breakfast sandwiches served all day. The egg, bacon, cheddar bagel was tasty, served hot, and a great portion size. They offer a rewards program linked to phone number. Will be returning!

Good Coffee, Terrible Setup

Me and my family Drove 35 minutes out to patronize their establishment only to find out its Card Only, and their Espresso Machine is turned off a whole 2 hours before they offically close the coffee shop, so that means no speciality drinks like Cappicino's, Lattes, or Espresso shots, all the staple for a proper coffee shop

I'll find it hard to come back to support their business when their idea of a "Business" model is some sort of poor excuse for one.

Staff is extremely rude. They don’t let you call ahead to place an order, they insist you use the app to order ahead, but the app quite literally NEVER works (Beachwood location). I hate leaving this review because this place was decent at one point. Any time I try to use their app to place an order, there is always a glitch or a malfunction, and so many times I have had money taken from me and they will not refund despite the problem being with their app. I have given them so many chances (months) to rectify the problem, and whenever you speak to somebody about the issues with the app, they are extremely rude about it, and they won’t accommodate by letting you call in your order - even if you offer to pay over the phone!! I always try to support smaller coffee shops, but they have, after a long, patient waiting period, lost a customer.

The most uncomfortable & underlying racist experience I’ve ever had! The guy with the dark hair has the nastiest personality every time I’ve been. He didn’t greet me, I was just stared at until I gave him my order then He tossed me a cold danish on the counter didn’t ask if i wanted it warmed. Then, when I asked could it be warmed he snatched it off the counter. This is not my first time having an unpleasant experience with this gentleman, but it is definitely be my last. Considering that this is a coffee shop, I never want to start my morning off with such hasty & rude energy. I enjoy there coffee but unfortunately I can not Patronize this business.

This evening of Dec. 10, 2022, the male server at Nervous Dog in Beachwood Place was exceedingly rude and snarky for no apparent reason. He was so very offensive that I will no longer patronize this location.

Cawfee was good but nothing to write home about, I had gotten really good aeropress from the Akron location a few years ago, just got auto drip this time and it was good but not great, will probably cover back to try the aeropress to see if it holds up to the Akron location. Otherwise staff was really friendly and I was happy to be there. The breakfast bagel was pretty good too!

My boyfriend likes the hot chocolate here and that’s all that matters to me. The prices are good and the variety of drinks is awesome.

Nice place to grab a coffee or other beverage, a Russian Teabiscuit, and have a chat.

Cozy coffee shop. Great apple pie latte, caramel macchiato and Russian tea biscuit! Really enjoyed ourselves. At one point we were sitting by the door and a bit chilly, the staff member was so sweet and accommodating. He called the owner and turned up the heat for us. Thanks so much! Definitely will be back.

Love supporting a good local company where they remember me when I come in and also get things like their bagels from other local businesses. They don't accept cash which is ridiculous but the service, nitro cold brew and their bagel sandwiches are outstanding.
