Nichole's Fine Pastry & Café

The Chocolate Feuilletine Cake is outstanding. The presentation using the gold is beautiful. My favorite pastry shop in North Dakota.

I highly recommend Nicole's to anyone in need of a wedding cake. Nicole personally made time to meet with my fiance and I, and had cake samples ready. She absolutely nailed the cake and cupcakes. Money well spent. Beautiful desserts, on time service and a crowd pleaser.

I believe they are more known for the pastry side of things but I used to work near here so I did take out for lunch quite often and it was always very good. I'm not a vegetarian but they had a very good black bean burger.

Great food and friendly service! The bacon cheese croissant and fruit tart i had were delicious.

Reprehensible customer service. I ordered a cappuccino and the “server”forgot it the next minute. (They weren’t that busy.). Had to step up to the counter and remind him. Aside from the regret of initially walking into this establishment is that I added a tip to the total for my beverage and pastries. But then, that was in the belief that customer service would be up to par. Upon receiving my coffee, there was no sincerity in the tone of the said server; just the perfunctory, “Enjoy.” Obviously, this is a place where only the hip, the chic, intellectual types are welcome. I was regarded by the employees as being out of place; in other words, I didn’t belong there. Blue collar types, beware! What was going to be an evening out was partly ruined by Nichole’s. Try one of the other cafes or coffee shops in town and spare yourself the insult, and the lousy quality of their offerings.

Decadent food, perfect portions. Ladies were patient (I took a long time to decide what to order because everything looked so pretty in the display cases) and detail-oriented.

Lots of sitting areas. Drinks and desserts on one side, lunch salads/wraps on other side.

I was skeptical in the beginning, and very pleased with the end result. Thanks for making my daughters 21st birthday cake.... I will be in contact for the next order real soon...

Nichole's has, hands down, the best pastries and baked goods of any café we've been to in Fargo / Moorhead. We are sure to bring any visiting out-of-town friends to Nichole's and the food is always a hit. The interior of the café is calm and artful, giving it a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Nichole takes such pride in putting out amazing pastries and it is well worth your time to come here and try ... well, anything! Amazing!
