Nichole's Fine Pastry & Café

Nichole's has an amazing selection of gourmet pastry, bakery, and lunch items! During the peak of COVID and wedding planning, we had to downsize our numbers; thanks to Nichole's online ordering platform, we were quickly able to place a pickup order for 50 people. I highly recommend for all occasions!

We’ve been coming to Nichole’s since it opened. The chocolate ganache cake and the cookies are very delicious. However, the online ordering portal is not reliable. We recently ordered cakes for a holiday event, but there was no record of the order when I arrived to pick up. It is also very difficult to get a hold of customer service by phone. We love the baked goods, but we’re very disappointed with the service.

Love Nicole's! Great service, great environment, and amazing food! Wish I was downtown more often to visit! Follow up visit two years later... The food is just as good, the service is great, and I love the self serve black coffee. Go here if you are in town and if you are local and have not, you are missing out!

I purchased a variety of desserts to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. Everything was delicious with the exception of the pie crust on the coconut cream pie. The crust was really underbaked, without flake and somewhat bland. Was disappointed as everything else was baked to perfection.

My husband surprised me here. I am use to having pastries like this in Europe. I wish that she would be in every town in America. The place was clean and cosy and the pastries unbelievable so fricken delicious to die for. We will be coming back for sure. You have to go here when you are in Fargo.

It's a lovely place with a nice, warm environment. We had the broccoli and cheddar soup, and it was smooth, filling, and yummy.

We also got a mini cake, and it was amazing! The staff was also very nice and friendly.

Nichole's did a wonderful job on my husband's and my wedding cake. We showed her a picture for inspiration and our little version turned out just as we hoped. She is affordable but does great work. The cake was not dry and the lemon filling had great flavor.

Very good cheesecake and mocha. They put Cass County Swiss Chocolate milk in the mocha and it was a very nice balance of sweet and coffee. Cheesecake was very creamy and flavorable. Only downside was the cheesecake was $12 for the small size. Would come again!

Nicholes made our wedding cake/cupcakes in February 2020 and they were so good. We came back for our daughter’s first birthday cake this week and it was just as good as we remembered!

I ordered the watercolor cake. What I ordered and what I received were 2 different cakes, and the icing was partially damaged, I was careful to transport it home with care so I know the damage was not from my end, I should have opened the lid when it was handed to me to ensure that there were no issues. While the cake was good, it would have been nice to receive the cake I ordered as a theme was built around the cake.
