Fireflour Pizzeria & Coffee Bar

The barista/server was really nice and sweet. She helped explain anything my party and I had questions on. The pizza was absolutely amazing. You could tell it was all handmade. The coffees we ordered were all delicious. It was over all great service.

I love Fireflour Pizza and Coffee Bar. It is definitely one of my favorite spots to eat at. Amazing Neapolitan pizzas, incredible salads and soups, the tastiest gelatos for deserts, fresh-baked sweets and handcrafted coffees. They also have great wines, as well as beers.

The owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have never been disappointed, nor do I anticipate that I ever will be. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Nothing out of this world about their expensive pizza. They pride themselves on fresh ingredients, but there's hardly any toppings on the pizzas. A pizza here isn't enough to fill up the average man. The gelatos are delicious and I've heard the coffee is good too. Drink selection is great. Encountered a negative service experience once with birthday girl being last (and I mean unusually late) to receive her drink and food order despite ordering before or at same time as others. Birthday girl was easy going about it but we all felt bad.

Once again, Fireflour Pizzeria knocks it out of the park! My husband and I usually come here for date night but last night we took the kids and they loved it as well! The cappuccinos and gelato are also amazing there. There's nothing like it in Bismarck/Mandan. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious. Server ignored us most of the time. Did not get offered any beverage and had to eat the pizza without as much as a glass of water. Took forever to get the bill to pay. I'd recommend carry out if you want to enjoy the delicious food and then you can at least get your own beverage.

Amazing service! Food is delicious. Always have to get a gelato for dessert. Perfect date night. And super accommodating and gracious, even during a blizzard!

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Their coffee is also fantastic. Everyone there is super nice and kind. Great experience every time that I go!!!

On our way to Yellowstone we stopped in Bismarck for a night. Little did we know that they serve one of the best pizzas we’d had in forever. The Pesto pizza was to die for!! They only serve outside at socially distant tables and you could tell that they were being mindful of the current times. We literally got the pizza within minutes of ordering and the friendly waiter was not spending unnecessary time at our table but still being able to deliver great service. We where also able to bring our dog.

Pizza was really delicious and had a perfect sauce! The crust to cheese to sauce ratio was on point!

One of my favorite spots to catch lunch with my daughter. They have delicious food!
