Hands down the best pizza in North Dakota. Fireflour provides a fairly authentic Italian style crust with fantastic toppings.
I've had the Umbria, Bianca, Tenderloin, Americano, Ono, Daisy, Iowa, Peppy, Saucy, Spicy, and Duke. Tenderloin is my favorite; don't be put off by the egg, it is phenomenal.
Finish off the meal with an affogato, you won't regret it.

This place is great! It’s little but has a decent outside area and a real local quality. There was 1 waiter on staff, who did a great job of helping everyone during a rush. The crust is good, though I tasted something a bit sweet. Which could’ve been the vegan cheese. Yes, I said vegan cheese! And just the right amount of cheese to veggies to crust.

Amazing experience!!! I highly recommend The Duke pizza for insane flavor! And the gelato is to die for (my favorite was the Lucky Charms gelato). Ben (the guy with the tattoos) is an incredible server.

Used to be my favorite pizza place but I was shocked after going in to pick a pizza to go that not one single person was wearing a mask. Our numbers are on the rise and these people could care less about infecting their customers. I won't be back but it seems like they probably don't care anyway.

I checked out the place earlier today. I was given a nice tour by the receptionist. I had just eaten but was drawn in by the ambience and my love for pizza. I did leave with a milk chocolate walnut cookies. I also sampled their olive oil gelato. It was surprisingly good. I look forward to returning.

Bismarck’s shining star! The coffee is good and the pizza is BETTER! Worth a stop if you are ever in town. The service was prompt and friendly.

Delicious pizza. Also the best service I’ve ever seen in a restaurant.

I wouldn't have guessed that my first place to dine-in during the pandemic would be in Bismarck on our road trip. But I'm glad we stopped and ate on the patio at this gem. Bianca pizza was light and perfect for a warm summer day. The Arnold Palmer was refreshing according to my husband. I saved my treat for dessert and got an affogato. The coffee bar part of the restaurant came through for a rich espresso shot over vanilla ice cream. My husband got a delish cookie for dessert made in the bakery next store.

It was a tough choice but we went with the Iowa pizza. It was fantastic. Fireflies does pizza the neopolitan way and they do it very well.
Another diner persuaded us to try the Gelato and that too was heavenly.

I'd only read about genuine Italian 'za, I've not been to Italy to try it or anything. Since this place gets such raves for its Neopolitan-style fare and goes to such lengths as having their flour shipped in from Italy, I had to check it out. And it didn't disappoint.
The oven seemed bigger than the whole place - just a few tables surrounding a prep area holding the giant oven, heated to a toasty 900°. The pizza options on the menu were foreign to me, I had to ask what some things meant. But my white pizza was delicioso! It is hard to describe, someone said and I agree: it's both thin crispy yummyness AND soft, ooey-gooey melting in your mouth along with the cheese, tastyness. Who wouldn't that satisfy? My only complaint is the (likely unavoidable) black scorch spots on the bottom of the crust, affecting the taste a bit. It's not enough to turn me off their pizza by any means, just the only thing keeping it from perfection...but surely there's no such thing.
