Fireflour Pizzeria & Coffee Bar

900 degree stone fired pizza with unique custom house creations we haven't ever seen before.

Our team was happy we chose the locally owned Fireflour Pizzeria on our stop in Bismarck. The 3 of us would most certainly go again!

There was this really beautiful waitress. She had lovely long while hair, with beautiful blue eyes. And two big personalities. The food was good too.

This is easily the best pizza in North Dakota. They serve Neapolitan style pizza made with fresh ingredients. The service is great and I love the chill atmosphere. They always have some solid craft beers on the menu as well. I'm a fan of the Duke and the Iowa pizzas, although I'm sure the others are great too.

I travel to Bismarck for work occasionally, and I always make a point to stop by this place. The coffee is great too.

The pizza was burnt and Tiramisu was gross! It was my first time ordering from this place and I did it based on the reviews. It was definitely disappointing.

Stopped in and had a few different types of pizzas and they all were amazing!!! Definitely recommend. I don't typically like pizza all that much but the pizza here is definitely worth trying out.

Fireflour is the best pizza we have ever had. We used to live in Vancouver and had a spot called Via Tavere and we used to think that was the best but we would drive 4 hours just to eat in Bismarck at Fireflour. We have been eating here for about two years. The pizza is out of this world, the Duke and the Spicy were our favorites. Awesome rotating craft beers, kombucha, bottomless Pinot, the place has it all. The homemade flavors of ice cream are out of bounds. The pistachio and Salty Sailor are amazing. Ben and company will take care of you so well. Love this place, infinite stars.

Now that I've had Fireflour's pizza and coffee, I can say hands down that this is one of my favorite spots in Bismarck-Mandan. The pizza is NOT the American-style stuff you might expect, but rather smaller-sized wood-fire pizza with unbeatable crust. First time there my family split an affogatio for dessert and daaaang was it phenomenal! Last time I was in town I grabbed an Americano and it was one of the best I've ever had. Seriously great service and food.

This Neapolitan-style pizza cafe was a pleasantly surprising find while visiting Bismarck. The atmosphere is cozy and would be great for a date night. The service was great, and the beer list offered several locally brewed options.

I ordered the Umbria, a white pizza featuring cream, fennel sausage, and onions. The crust was perfect - delightfully thin and chewy. The sausage had a nice level of spice, but the pizza was lacking flavor other than this; a nice shake of salt would have done the trick.

Many of the other pizza options also looked delicious. Overall, I would return.

My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the restaurant after 1:00 on a weekday. Ordered a delicious pizza and salads, with dressing on the side. Meal was great, service terrible.

The staff were very informative and friendly. You can order from the coffee shop and the pizzeria all at once, which is very convenient. They have a variety of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages. Some of the beers are even locally brewed. I would definitely recommend going to this place. They also do events at their site. I have ordered their pizza and I've been to one of their events. The event that I attended was their Indian night. The food was made to perfection both times. Sadly, they only have parking available on the street, but I'd even be willing to take a small walk to visit this place again. I have attached a photo of the main dish for the Indian food event.
