High Five Coffee

It is a very nice little coffee shop. Right on the river with easy access to put in your kayak in the river. Coffee tasted great.

All 5 stars are for the ambience. Enjoy your coffee sitting with the dog in an Adirondack chair overlooking the french broad.

The river location is my favorite. It's a perfect little quaint spot that stays fairy quiet. Coffee is always perfectly made, no matter what you get. I'd recommend the salted cubano. Or a classic drip coffee.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Asheville. Everything on the menu is delicious and the riverfront seating is enchanting. My dog and I spend hours here.

My favorite High Five location. It’s smaller than than the other locations and has a pared down food menu, but you can’t beat enjoying a nice Cubano by the banks of the French Broad. There’s a large lawn and tree swings for the kids to play.

This place was adorable as it’s right on the French Broad River. They have some tables outside but it was raining.

Lattes were delicious and the baked goods were yummy. Location is awesome. I didn't love my espresso - it was just okay.

High Five is the real deal. Reliably excellent coffee (I can say this after many visits and having worked as a barista myself), great service, and all right on the river.

A sweet spot for rest and contemplation! We arrived near the end of the day and enjoyed remarkable blackberry, caramel, & cardamom iced coffees. A true treat!
