Clutch Coffee Bar

This is my number 1 coffee shop I’ve ever had. From the beginning all the baristas and workers have been nothing short of amazing. They are so friendly and show amazing customer service EVERY TIME. I am definitely “one of those” customers that asks them to create me fun drinks a lot. I am a manager making decisions all day and the last thing I want to do is make more. So I always ask them to just surprise me! They never fail and do it happily. Especially as of late I have had Jordan and Tyanna there in the morning. Tyanna never backs down and jokes around with me and always makes the best drinks. As a regular, I love the feeling like your seeing your friends early in the morning before you start your day. Thank you guys!

I love how the management always gets involves with the customers especially the store manager Chelsea! She made the ocean bar mocha sound delicious. Now my wife and I can’t get enough! Without a question our favorite coffee bar in town HANDS DOWN!

Had such an amazing experience at clutch!! I always go to the greensboro one but had to stop by in Winston and this location was equally as great. Amazing workers and THE BEST coffee

The drinks are really good but the #1 reason to go to Clutch Coffee is for the customer service! The ladies we saw today were some of the sweetest, nicest people I've ever met in Winston Salem. Will definitely be back!

Clutch is my go to spot for the best coffee and other drinks. The Avalanche over ice with caramel drizzle is my favorite by far. Salem is always friendly and genuine whenever I come through the drive thru. The staff and management are top tier

The staff and drinks are amazing! Showed up here to do some school work with colleagues and was shocked that there were very few places to sit. Even worse, when I asked the worker for the Wifi password she informed me that there was no Wifi. We contacted them yesterday to make sure that this was a good place to study and they lied to us. If you're going to advertise as a coffee bar then it should set up as such.

Clutch is literally the best! Not only is the coffee so smooth and perfect, the employees are amazing and so personable. Tyanna, Chelsea, Jordan and Dakota all do a fabulous job!

Cannot say enough good things about Clutch in Winston-Salem! They are always on it, the lines never last long and when Tyanna sees my car she will already have my order started. The have a large selection of drinks but I always stick with my regular Caramel Macchiato. I used to frequent another location but they have just totally fallen off the map compared to Clutch. Go and visit Tyanna and Jordan because they (and their team) are the best!
