I visited the Winston Salem location because it is close to me. I don't know why it took me so long to go! DELICIOUS coffee and outstanding customer service. The baristas are super friendly and you can customize your coffee order to anything you like. Can't wait to go back!

My go to coffee place EVERYDAY, without a doubt the best one in town. Not just because the coffee is the best but the people here!!! You just can’t find people as nice as them! The absolute best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere hands down

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good location to get in and out of. They get drinks ready in a flash while still tasting delicious. I’ve yet to have something wrong and me and my wife both have visited here over ten times. In my opinion I rather go here vs the Starbucks down the road. It’s a great place to support local business!

Had the best experience at this location! So many drinks to choose from I want to try them all. While waiting for my drink (which was amazing) Sahana was at the window and was so kind! Definitely coming again!

Very please with the coffee and service. Vanessa and Valerie were so helpful and friendly. I got a cold brew with vanilla and caramel and it was perfect! Price was very reasonable too. I will be back!

The drinks are AMAZING and reasonably priced with a great selection of drinks. More of a grab-and-go kind of place for there is only 3 small 2-person tables inside. The staff wasn’t as friendly or accommodating as I hoped, aside from one of the girls there, the rest I’ve met so far don’t give a very personalized and friendly experience. Overall great place though, and will be a returning customer.

I have been a happy customer for a month now and have been enjoying this business up until Sunday before closing. The night shift told me they charge a $2.00 fee for requesting your drink with NO ICE.
Never had an issue before when ordering and the previous employees have never stated that there supposed to be a two dollar charge for asking no ice in your drink. Im sorry but that doesn’t make sense especially when I have never been told this before when I order numerous drinks from here before with no ice. I get it might not be a big deal over ice but I think it’s ridiculous to charge $2.00 to not have ice. I have high sensitivity in my teeth so never assumed a issue for making that request when anywhere else wouldn’t have a issue or charge.

Their coffee is so bomb!! Plus Peter was super helpful and accommodating as it was my first time visiting today. He helped me pick the perfect latte and was so welcoming!! I will definitely be returning for my morning coffee

I absolutely love this place and the people at this location. They pretty much know my order whenever I pull up to the window because I get it every time I go. They put so much love into their coffee‘s and it makes my day so much better.
