Love the food. But I cant sit and enjoy a meal. They keep the TVs on at such a loud volume that I cant hear my order being called let alone they to have a conversation. Again the food is great but get it to go.

I was so excited to finally not have to drive all the way to reynolda rd for my breakfast as I only eat biscuitville for breakfast. I've now purchased 5 different times and each time the experience SUCKED. From receiving wrong food twice, to getting attitude at the window... I will not be returning. I recommend all to continue receiving the outstanding service from the reynolda rd location. It is the best.

Stopped here and went through the drive-thru for breakfast. Food was good and service was pretty good. We had no issues. Would stop in again if going through the area.

Was given someone else's order at 1st. And the cashier act like she didn't care. When I got the correct order my food taste like it had been sitting there for a few hours. Had already left the restaurant so didn't get it replaced

One of my favorites for breakfast if i dont fix it at home.....service could use some work,but the breakfast is good,i just wish they would fill up the honey mustard containers more...

It was good food but the fact that one of the workers were sitting right behind up blowing their nose and coughing all over the place while we ate was disgusting. Then the said worker walked behind the counter and started serving food without washing their hands!!!

Love BVL. Great food. Long lines though as there still not open to inside dining. Line moves relatively fast however. Value for you buck.

The grits were piping hit, the eggs and bacon were cool and the biscuit was adequately warm!

Got my food. Brown paper bag looked like someone had dipped it in the deep fryer. Got grease all over my scrubs. Bottom of bag was dripping grease on me and didn’t realize it. Ruined 100$ pair of scrubs. Medical professionals don’t need all this grease come on y’all. Wish I could post photo of this.
