Left items off our order, they did fix it but were not apologetic and did not offer anything complementary as a "make up." They did not give a military/veteran discount while other Biscuitvilles do. The food, coffee, sweet tea, and customer service were inferior to other Biscuitvilles that I've been to. It highly unlikely that I will ever visit this Biscuitville again.

The lady that took my order was nice. Very professional... The food wasn't up to par. I ordered chicken and waffles plate the waffles I would never recommend they were hard as bricks when I asked for replacements the gentlemen bought me more but they were hard too. I didn't even eat them. The sandwiches were ok and the fries were fresh as I asked them. I'm not going to say I wouldn't eat there again but I would think twice before going

If you’ve ever been here you know that the muffin case is on the counter right beside the cashier.
Well my husband just ordered water and a muffin. Tell me why the cashier could not get him out a muffin? She looked to make sure there were muffins in the case, but then told my husband that he would be called when his order was ready…. Almost 10 minutes later?!? 🤨
Hardly anyone in the restaurant ordering either.

One of my favorite 🍳🥞 breakfast biscuit spots in all of Winston-Salem. They have amazing scratch made biscuits, pancakes, muffins, and other sandwiches that can delight every taste bud. They have an amazing drive-thru as well with ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

Ridiculous experience here. My wife wanted to try out this place as she heard good things about it. First clue that something was wrong was when the guy a few cars ahead of us drove off out of the line blaring his horn, we should have done the same. Simply ordering food was the most painful process I’ve ever gone through, it was like a painful comedy routine. Then we wait and wait and wait and finally get our order or some of our order. No straws, no hash browns, no biscuits, no syrup. I should have just thrown cash out the window and drove past the place. The worst fast food experience ever.

I received the wrong food. I understand this happens everywhere, but hear me out: I Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit and received a disgusting monstrosity. I’m guessing someone had ordered a specially made biscuit and unfortunately, it was put in my bag. One look at it, I lost my appetite, and I tossed it. It was steak, pimento cheese, honey, and PICKLES on a biscuit. Who in their right mind would order this? Also, the cashier at first window looked at me through a slit in a set of closed blinds and didn’t say a word. I said, “hi!”. I got nothing but a gloved hand reaching out to take my money. This place is considerably overrated.
