For the third time I have I've visited, they can't seem to get my order correct. Who ever is making the grits , need to be trained how to make them, grits should not be so watery they pour out of a spoon and cannot be eaten with a fork! But also adding uncooked grits to cooked , have to be cooked ! The worst !

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because their food is excellent. However their customer service is a bit less than stellar. Just make sure you have them read your order back at the drive thru because if THEY get it wrong they’ll expect YOU to pay the difference. Sorry but the last time I checked, that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

These restaurants have mushroomed over the past year! Great news for those of us who like Biscuitville.
The B'ville I visited is located on University Parkway. The building is newly constructed and laid out very efficiently.
The food was prepared quickly, served hot and hit the marks for well made and tasty.
As always had to check out the restroom which was super clean( a major plus since they were quite busy).
Gave a 4 in lieu of a 5 because the coffee was a tad weak.

The team at this location are the best. They're fast, courteous, and efficient. Never have any issues with my order missing anything or being wrong.

Great food. It is always great and fresh. There's employees are also very nice. I haven't ever recieved an order that was not correct and they are usually very quick.

First time deciding to stop and eat at this facility. However not impressed wit the customer service nor quality of food. I ordered a grilled chicken egg and cheese muffin combo Wit sweet tea.8$ Let’s speak on the behalf of the customer service experience as I drove up to window.🤦🏻♂️ The young lady at window was more concerned about pulling me up more so than Greeting me.She passed me a sour sweet tea, stated can u pull up I’ll bring food out.So I did but I immediately backed back up to window and informed her about a different beverage. At that moment another staff member said u don’t have pull back up stay right there...As I did waited for over 7mins. Got back to my hotel room 3minsaway,and disappointed. The muffin was very hard and the chicken was cold and dry.But however I assumed I was waiting all that time for hot food🤦🏻♂️😫🤷♂️ Tbh I wouldn’t say I won’t go back. But hopefully with a much better impression.

Great food with a home cooked taste. Prices are very reasonable. The staff has always been outstanding and the establishment has always been clean when I visit. If I want to go out for breakfast and they are open, this location is my choice.

This is the new biscuit deal located on University parkway beside of IHOP, Starbucks, McDonald's etc. Who decided to try this one out a few days ago on the way home, it was of course a you are building so everything inside was just about spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful I'm pretty fast considering the other one on Ronaldo's a bit slower.
It was a little bit louder with a TV being in the kind of the center of the restaurant the volume was up little more than normal but overall not unbearable. This is one of the few places but you can request turkey sausage instead of pork sausage if you have very religious or medical objection to eating pork.
There is no gluten free menu at this food chain yet, weather bread is trying to good which I can have from time to time and is usually fresh. One of the major setbacks to this food chain, is that it is closed in the afternoons and not available for dinner time so it's a may make a lot more money but I don't know the stats. I did not visit the bathroom on this trip so I cannot speculate if it was clean or not.
