In a mission to find a decent ramen shop, this is by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever encountered. Ordered two overpriced ramens with noodles that had a disgusting, squishy, marshmallow consistency similar to 10 cent Maruchan that has been pressure cooked for 12 hours. This was after waiting over an hour to receive the food. Restaurant refused to refund the inedible slop and the waiters were extremely rude. Steer clear of this place!

Boba tea was average at best. (I’ve had it at many different places) Not a very strong flavor.
Ramen was terrible. Tasted like it came out of the freezer straight into the microwave. Mine was not edible. Terrible quality for the price. We would never go back.

My wife and I went Monday a few days after they opened.
Positives - The food is good. Period. We had Tonkotsu Ramen, Lumpia appetizer, and a couple iced teas. This is most important aspect and I think they've got that down without an issue. They can get out specialty drinks in about 10 minutes. The staff was kind, courteous and apologized for the delay of our food.
Negatives - We went during lunch time @ 12:30. It was reasonably busy but wasn't anything that couldn't be managed. They were 14 orders behind when we ordered. We didn't get our food until 1:45. People were swarming the counter trying to find out what was going with their order. Tickets aren't given so you'll need to remember your order#. We were told the wrong # initially so it only compounded the confusion. People were changing their order to carry out because of the delay, we saw one lady just straight up leave. When we inquired about our order, we were told they were "probably" working on it.
To continue the frustration, I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the Shoyu ramen, only to be told that they made me Tonkotsu because they were out of the Shoyu. That's something that needs to be communicated on the front-end, not after we wait over an hour. Appetizer came out later after our order.
The place has good potential, but expect to wait a long time if you order food. It is good food though. Give them some time to work out the way it's run. I'll try it again in a couple months.

So many options! Which might be overwhelming to some so I suggest you look at their menu online if you get nervous on site! They're galaxy teas are very good. The food takes time but because they are cooked-to-order. The employees are welcoming and personable.

The boba tea and ramen is pretty good here. Boba is soft and tea was made with perfect flavor! Ramen is seasoned well. It is not easy to find a good ramen and boba tea place in NC, and I have to say this is the best one so far.

Food portion was extremely small for the price and the chicken was dark meat. Not very pleased with the portion at all. the tea was good however.

Great bubble tea, great food. SO many choices!

Definitely come for boba, but not for food. The ramen is expensive, about $15-18 per bowl compared to $11-14 at formal ramen restaurants, for low quality. The seaweed was soggy, the meat was cold, the noodles were thin and the egg was hard boiled instead of soft. The menu has six ramen bowl options, all traditional ramen bowl recipes. Normally, the bowl recipes vary pretty vastly in the toppings, but in this case, the only difference is the broth. I'd suggest searching for other places if you want ramen, but it works if you're in Hanes Mall and you're desperate for a quick fix. Boba is pretty good though, haha.
EDIT: The staff is kind, too! :)

Very pricey, almost $30 for 1 small thing of ramen and 2 teas. Menu and items were pretty confusing. Would have been nice to have some samples or some explanation. Also ordered the Tokyo which didn't have the blue on the top like the pic nor did it have the light up ice cube. Pretty disappointed for the cost.

Great food, great staff, and a nice place to get a little taste of Filipino food. The ramen is great and it's one of the few places where I can find some good ube ice cream. I would highly recommend and can't wait to spend more money there!
