Me and my wife are super excited to try this place out, but we're super let down.
We gave this place an open chance, ask the cashier what she recommended, drinking food wise, and took her suggestions. Order the brown sugar boba tea for a drink and there was no tea flavor at all in the tea but it was still decent, we didn't like the" boba" they added as it was chewy.
My wife ordered the fried chicken rice bowl and the chicken looked awesome, and was super nice and crispy with good flavor but the veggies were bland. Tasted like they were frozen and had no flavor. I ordered the first Roman bolt on the menu with pork belly in the bowl to me and my wife was very low in flavor. For the premium price they charge. I think they need to have better flavor.

Plastic, manufactured experience. The food tasted like it was made by machines. The Boba teas are too sweet. The ramen bowls had a strange texture.
The staff was friendly, but they asked me to come up to the counter to pick up my tray during a very slow part of the day, and I thought that was weird.
The whole experience reminded me that we've allowed our lives to be taken over by the artificial. I'm scared for the future.

If you want their bubble tea, you won't be disappointed. If you want food, lower your expectations. Everything is over priced for the reheated frozen food you receive. Even the ramen texture is reminiscent of over boiled instant ramen with toppings more depressing than I am. The Katsu bowls are mid at best and are accompanied by the saddest frozen veggies that are crying for a bit of seasoning. And if you don't like what you ordered, that's your own fault. I have never seen a place with such a big red flag as the "No refund, sales are final" sign by the register. Hindsight and all that.

Upon entrance I love the atmosphere! The staff are very quick and friendly. Very clean tables and fast service! I tried their yaki soba noodles with chicken and it was beyond flavorful and delicious, however their teriyaki rice bowl was disappointing because the rice was very chunky and there were random balls of sesame oil which threw the flavor completely off and the chicken was a bit chewy as well. Maybe we just caught them on a weird rice day, the rest of the experience was great. The strawberry green tea is a 10/10 recommend! I’d definitely would like to try this place again.

Great boba, and I purchased my favorite flavor: winter melon! I also got the chicken teriyaki bowl with was $16. My only complaint was there was a small amount of chicken for this price. Otherwise, it looked clean and not too busy. :)

My daughter and I decided to check this place out. We had the ube swirl and the twist lactose free ice cream. It was delicious! Looking forward to going back to try the ramen noodles and other teas and slushies.

We ordered a “mango milk tea” it tasted like milk not even a hint of mango. The girl made the drink again and said “I followed the recipe, most of our bubble teas taste like milk”. Paid $6.50 for milk? Not right at all!
The flavored teas are good, I wouldn’t recommend a milk tea!!!

We stopped by because I wanted some boba and this was the closest place to get some. After we walked in we decided to get food. Eventually going back for more. The flavors were on point and this was hands down the best Thai Tea Boba I have found in Winston. It was very cold though, so bring a jacket. Can't wait to go back and try the ramen.
Edit: I learned recently that the owners do not give the staff the tips. Not a fan of that. I will be back, but do not tip.

1st time was nice very pricey but if you like this kind of food it's worth it the halo was amazing and I have a new addiction to ube. Good amount of food

Everytime we visit Winston, we have to come here for Boba (I get the Sakura rose, boyfriend gets matcha) and the ramen. It's delicious! I'd love to try some other food sometime but the tea is always amazing here. Staff is always so sweet and helpful, atmosphere is comfortable and gives off a great vibe for the place.
