Best boba and ramen I've ever had! I ordered the Tonkatsu with pork belly and brown sugar milk tea. Will be returning on a frequent basis to try more off of the extensive drink menu! (Friendly tip: just avoid the seasonal coconut-based refreshers. They tasted extremely artificial.)

Eh. That pretty much sums it up. I really wanted to like this place! My daughter ordered a galaxy tea specifically for the light (she's 9) and they left it out. When I asked about it, they said it was in there but I probably couldn't see it because it was daytime. Lol. I could clearly see the one at the table next to us, so I figured it may not have been turned on. Confirmed there was no light once she finished the drink. Not a big deal, but it was a $7+ drink and lying to my face was unnecessary. My daughter said it was the best boba she'd ever had though, so I'm sure we'll be back for that. My brown sugar boba was very good. Ordered vanilla ice cream and waffle fries for my son and he said the cone was good but the fries lacked seasoning. Got the pork buns for my husband and he said they were ok, but nothing special. Garlic butter edamame was very tasty. Also ordered miso ramen with chicken which was bland and mushy. Shio ramen broth was more flavorful but the chicken was sad. Basically, there are MUCH better places in the area to get Ramen - I'll stick with 18 Malaysia and Raku for that. In a nutshell, for a $70+ trip (and tip) to try out a few things, it was not worth it. We'll most likely return for drinks and hopefully next time they will include everything!

My wife and I tried the boba teas, I got Thai milk tea, she got coconut milk tea. It wasn’t good, there was no tea flavor at all, mostly sweet additives. The boba additions cost extra, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. It was really mushy, wasn’t properly cooked or overcooked. I only drank about 1/3, my wife took a few sips and the rest was history. We were really disappointed, can’t recommend the boba teas. We haven’t try the ramens. But given the quality of the boba teas, we will not even attempt the ramens. One and done. Can’t recommend any boba tea stores in Winston Salem. If u want quality boba tea, travel to Greensboro. Gong Cha has the best boba teas.

I will never visit this place again. I have been in the restaurant business for most of my life and never experienced what I did last night. My daughter has been before so she knew from her first experience of to order her food. She specifically asked for no mushrooms and no onions in her rice bowl. The menu on this particular bowl didn't say it had onions so her first time there she just said no mushrooms so this time she said no onions specifically. When the bowl came out it had onions on it. She told the server she asked for no onions so he took it to the kitchen, then brought it back and said they couldn't remake it because the ticket didn't say no onions even thought she told the guy at the register Taking the order no onions. I've never been told this before or would I ever tell a guest this. We asked to speak to the manager when we left and he tried to tell us the dish came with onions. We had to show him on his menu where it didn't list onions on this particular bowl. He didn't even know what his menu said. He then tried to be apologetic and offer a discount the next time we came in. Never in my life have seen this. No thanks on the discount we won't be back. With customer service like this they won't be open long.

We absolutely love the galaxy teas you pay for the light up ice cube tho but its an experience so it's worth it.

We ordered Ramen Bowls, took a while to make, which was understandable, but super excited. Unfortunately when we got them, we were so disappointed. The noodles were not fully cooked, but chewy, chicken was like out of a chicken noodle soup, with cartilage. What a let down. The taro tea was delish. I didn't finish my meal, couldn't do it, not good at all. Not worth the money. The service up front all younger kids, running around playing and gossiping while making drinks. It took forever to make a cafe late, then they spent extra time trying to find a sticker to put on cup that I didn't need. I was really disappointed. I think they should be a drink place only.

They have a wide array of good drinks and Asian cuisine. I really enjoyed the Rose flavored boba drink. So cool to find a place that has such unique flavored drinks! While I was there I saw that they even have drinks that light up. Now that is so cool.

I noticed a new bubble tea place opened near me and I had to try it out! I am so glad I did! I got the New York Galaxy tea and the Yube ice cream. Both absolutely amazing treats! I don't think I will be able to stay away from this place. The staff is also super sweet and hard working!! <3

TLDR: Don’t believe the hype around a place that doesn’t cook boba properly and uses artificial flavoring for their tea/ice cream
I was delighted to learn of another boba place opening up in Winston. This was my second time at this location. After my first visit a couple days after their grand opening, I thought I would give them a couple of months to get it together. Sadly, service, food, and drinks did not improve. I ordered the New York Galaxy tea and gosh it was gorgeous. Sure it looked pretty in photos but that’s all it was - something to flaunt on social media. As an avid boba drinker, I have to say this cannot be categorized as boba but literally a cup full of artificial sweetener with overcooked tapioca pearls. One sip will certainly give you a sugar rush. If you do order a drink, ask for extra ice or your blood sugar will spike. Further, the texture of the boba was wrong: too mushy and overcooked.
As a Filipino, I was super excited about the dessert offerings and was eager to try the ube swirl and the halo halo. I was hoping to introduce this place as an authentic Filipino dessert joint to my friends. However, after one taste of the ube swirl I could only think of a single word: dishonor. I don’t know what was added to the ice cream, but this “ube flavor” would have had my ancestors rolling in their graves. (Pro tip: if you want an amazing ube flavored ice cream, go to Matcha Cafe Maiko in Charlotte or grab yourself a tub of Magnolia ube macapuno ice cream from the Filipino American Grocery in Greensboro). The flavor of this ice cream screamed artificial and I could not finish it, which was a shame because it was $6.
I want to support Filipino establishments because lord knows we need representation around here outside of the hospital but I cannot in good faith recommend this to anybody. For y’all looking for authentic Filipino food the best place right now in the triad region is my momma’s kitchen. There was so much hype around this cafe and I hope to come back again if they improve.
