The Donut Inn - Military Cutoff

Absolutely love this place! Best donuts in town!!!! Always fresh, great stuff. I work in Landfall and often people bring them to us :) I stopped buy this morning to try there Bagels and they were of course amazing, fresh out the oven !!! Just wish owner open one more location, some where closer to Carolina Beach or Monkey Junction area.

Good donuts and good variety of flavors. Not my favorite in town, but just my personal opinion.

What an amazing experience!!! I was in Wilmington on a business trip and stopped to pick up some donuts for the office and breakfast for myself. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their delicious donuts. Alan, one of the owners greeted me and made everyone feel like guest in his home. He really goes the extra mile to make his regulars and his first time customer (like me) feel like old friends.

Definitely not a spot to be missed in Wilmington.

A few months ago I walked into an animal hospital and noticed a golden glaze of donuts in a pizza box. This oddity spiked my interest and I inquired where these donuts were crafted. I was informed and as the months past I dreamt of having these donuts. Finally, my dreams have come to fruition and I devoured these delightful tasty treats.

Also, their Customer service is great! Giving a free donut to any new customer is a nice touch to the already great experience when you walk into The Donut Inn.

I hate to share the secret, but this place is such a treasure! The best donuts and breakfast sandwiches in town, for sure! I have loved everything I have tried on the menu and the people there are some of the nicest you will ever meet. Great owners, great staff, killer food and menu. Not to mention the fact that they give back to the community... Keep doing what you do, D.I.! We need more businesses like you ❤️

My mother and I spent some time trying to decide on a place to sit down and eat breakfast. We were hoping for a resturant with a cafe setting and some decent food. The donut inn definitely delivers. It is the perfect little place if you want some coffee and breakfast food (Their donuts are great too!). The service was wonderful and I was greeted, by every worker with a warm smile - even the kitchen staff! Alan and the young lady up front made sure we were well taken care of. We hope to make this a regular Saturday visit. This was a lovely experience. Thanks to all the staff for doing such a great job!

The food was decent but we waited half an hour for egg sandwiches. We understand that food will be prepared more slowly do to Covid restrictions, but it seemed to be an organizational issue in the kitchen about managing online orders and walk-in orders. Staff was super friendly, and we appreciated the masks and social distancing.

The best donuts we have ever had! They're huge, great vairety and delicious. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of non-stop donut food options as well. Really friendly staff. Don't miss this place!

Hands down this is better than any other shop in town, even better than the beach donuts. Well, I just had to get a full dozen assorted and took to Comfort Keepers who uplift the spirit of others. These donuts will bring joy to any office or training meeting. If you're not in a hurry, stay and enjoy with a cup of coffee, and maybe a chat or two.

Always feel rushed when ordering because the menu is written in chalk and so small. Great tasting doughnuts. Dont understand why they're closed right now though. I understand 1 person tested positive but why doesn't that 1 person shut down a business? Did this happen 3 years ago when someone was positive for Flu A or B? Probably not.
