I normally go and customer service is terrific (hence the two stars). I do notice they don’t change gloves when touching money and food with no utensils. On Thursday, 11/12 I went and the cashier put in the order on her computer and took the money with her gloves on and then proceeded to place my donut in the container (no utensil used only the same gloves). I asked her if she could not use the same gloves to collect money and directly touch food, she ignored me and when I asked if she heard me her response was “yea that’s why it’s best for you to use your card.” When I asked she told me she was the manager, I think this is a horrible and disgusting response to use with a polite and paying customer. Basic sanitation shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

Excellent sandwiches and donuts. The only thing I was disappointed with on the sandwich menu was the lack of full deli meat and cheese options. They limit to chicken breast, turkey, bacon, ham and five cheeses. The triple cheese grilled cheese is wonderful with bacon on panini. Really richly wonderful cake donuts and fluffy puffed donuts. On Saturday at noon they're packed. It's a limited selection of their bottled cold drinks but they do have a Coca Cola fountain. They've got reasonable prices and fast, friendly servers. They have a limited selection, but they are getting it right.

Excited to finally get to try this place! Doughnuts did not disappoint, and they were loved by kids and adults alike. We will definitely be back--can't wait to try the breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Food is good but place is not clean. Tables, floor, bathroom...and to top it off, a hair in my food. Employees are not wearing hair nets or gloves, just ineffective masks (no N95s).

On my birthday, I wanted donuts from Donut Inn. We decided to get two each for a variety, which included two Sour Cream ones. One was not fresh, the other was fresh. The Glazed Blueberry ones are wonderful. The plain glazed ones were dry.

FANTASTIC place for breakfast! Coffee is so good, and the donuts and food might be even better! Get the glazed croissant slider with bacon and cheese. You WON'T be disappointed! Makes Dunkin taste like dumpster Donuts!

May 17, 2020. I placed an order online. I paid online. I chose curbside pickup online. The Donut Inn site told me my order would take 50 minutes to be ready. I arrived at the Donut Inn. I quick realized there was not away to actually receive curbside services. I went inside Donut Inn and realized the orders that were curbside were actually come inside and pick up your order with no help from the Donut Inn staff. My order was not ready. I asked a Donut Inn worker to help me find my order. The man that helped me looked around and then talked to the manager. The manager apologized and said he would have to pull my order together now. I told him all of the donuts I ordered are now gone. The manger said by the time the order got to the I internet the inventory was empty. I told him I ordered 50 minutes ago. He apologized again. The manager stated he would give me a few extra Donuts to make up for it. The original worker who was standing there the whole time help me get the Donuts. Once we got to 12 Donuts the worker closed up the box and was like here you go. I stated what about the extra Donuts. At first I got a blank look. Then the worker asked the manager how many extra Donuts should we give him? The worker answered his own question by saying One. The manager said two. So then I added 2 more Donuts to the box of Donuts that I really didnt want anyway. The worker apologized for the situation but by then the whole situation specially after they made me beg for the free Donuts. I was really feeling resentful. I should have left the Donuts and had the Donut Inn keep me $16.and change so the can fix their website and train the employees how to fill the orders as the come in.

Greatest employees I’ve ever met! Alan the owner is the coolest and cares more about you than he does your money. Devon and Nautica are so cool and make sure they are on a first name basis and really care to get to know you. You feel like you are wanted there and it is such a great welcoming environment. Now let’s talk about the food. The food is the most scrumptious food I’ve ever had. The doughnuts are so flavorful and amazing. If you come to Wilmington and don’t stop by doughnut in you’ve made a great mistake.

My go to donut spot, Boston Creme is my favorite and this place doesn't disappoint. Great staff, nice vibe and the atmosphere is always positive. Love coming here at 0530 am when I need my donut fix.
