Food is good. Front staff friendly.
However, need to warn people you are the slowest donut/bagel shop in town. 45 minutes is standard for a cooked order to-go at this location. Back/kitchen staff YELLING at customers that the wait of 45 minutes being normal was the rude element that sent me here just to post a this review. Just be nice! Especially when you’re clearly not doing an efficient job in the kitchen.
S&L, Round, The Pointe, etc deserve all of your business instead.

Doughnuts here are HUGE. Very tasty and lots of flavors to choose from. Friendly workers. Key lime pie and Boston creme were simply amazing.

Super friendly staff and huge, delicious donuts!

Their old fashion cake glazed sour cream is the best old fashioned donut, and it is huge. Two to three times larger than other places, and it is absolutely delicious. They also serve small sandwiches & coffee. They are definitely worth visiting if you are anywhere near by.

The food that we did get was good, however the way they organize their togo orders in 2 different areas and don’t keep the order all together led to not getting everything we ordered. We’ve called 3 different times for a refund, have been told “we’ll text our manager” but I’ve never got a refund or callback. :(

We went in yesterday around 2 PM for donuts. The DONUT INN had no donuts 🤔 Apparently they sold out earlier in the day. If you're not going to make more, then why stay open until 3 PM when you consistently run out of your product much earlier? It's just annoying and a waste of time for prospective customers.

This place does not get enough credit for having some of the best bagels in town! Their donuts are great, but we've tried 3-4 other bagel shops and Donut Inn has my fav bagels too! The owners are super nice and threw free samples in our bag our first few visits. If you're looking for donuts, I recommend the Sour Cream and Mini Apple Fritter (there's nothing mini about it FYI). I will say that I'm not a huge fan of their lattes and if you want a Starbucks type coffee experience with your bagel or donut, then there is one across the street (that's what I do). I detract no points for this though, because they're not claiming to be a coffee place.

We were referred here by my mother-in-law and I must say, this place is incredible. The friendly banter and hospitality greets you as you walk through the door and lasts your entire stay. This was our first visit and the array of in-house prepared donuts was quite the variety! Allen, the co-co-owner, personally took our order and even threw in a bonus for our son as a first visit complimentary donut! The donuts were delicious and my wife enjoyed her coffee as well! We look forward to trying their breakfast and lunch sandwiches next! Stop by and you will not be disappointed!

Great bagels and donuts. Friendly staff as well.
