When my friend and I walked in, we were told to order and pay on an iPad. Kind of confusing for newcomers, but we figured it out. Entrance is on the Riverwalk. Inside the shop, there's not a lot of personality (it's plain white walls with three stools to sit on), and outside it's metal chairs that face the sun in the afternoon (with no shade or covering), so it wasn't the best place to sit and hang out in the afternoon.
All teas came in one size, and the total for my brown sugar milk tea with boba was nearly $8. If I had ordered with an alternate milk, it would have been $10. The tea was ok, but I don't think it was worth the money. They didn't really have any food other than candy, and the service was more or less non-existent, aside from the actual preparation of the drinks.
Randomly ran into the place and gave it a try. I always order brown sugar boba milk tea, but they ran out of boba. The employee recommended coffee jelly instead and it was great. Never expected such a wonderful combo. Give this place a shot. It's located on the water front, clean, and friendly.
Please write a more descriptive menu. I ordered the "Fresh" Fruit Tea and asked if there was sugar added. After paying, the staff said that the pumped flavors had cane sugar and asked if that was ok. The answer was no and there's nothing fresh about syrups. So they made me a black tea instead that cost me $5.75, with a slice of orange in it. My friend ordered the Thai Tea that said nothing about having Boba in it, nor was it listed under the Boba menu area, yet it did. Lastly, are the cups compostable, recyclable, etc? No markings on the cup. We're unlikely to return.
We got three drinks: taro boba, coffee milk boba, and peach lychee and OMG so good!!! We also met the owner and she is so kind, so sweet, and we had some awesome conversations!! Thank you so much, we’ll be back!!
Got the Peachy Lychee green tea with tapioca pearls (boba) at half sweetness and it was delicious and refreshing! The boba was cooked perfectly and the owner was super nice, definitely worth a stop
