24 South Coffee House

24 South has the areas best chai. Hands down. I’m not as frequent in downtown since working from home became a thing so I have checked out other local spots around wilmington and topsail and cannot find another place with dirty chai HALF as good as theirs. The staff is incredible. The ambiance is unique. The dirty chai is to die for.

Cozy, warm, and full of kind people on both sides of the counter. Great selection of teas and coffee + locally sourced baked goods. Love small businesses like this one!

For the bravado that this place presents with, I was dissapointed in the quality of their coffee. Price is competitive with the larger, more well known coffee houses, but their coffee falls disappointingly short.
Nice decor, pet friendly, courteous staff, low quality product.
Pass this place by and hit the next block if you want quality coffee.

Got a coffee this morning, a Banana Foster. Best coffee I've ever had. Beats starbucks. The coffee here is fresh and they make you feel like family as soon as you hit the door...Will be back.

This little shop has everything you want in a coffee shop. The people are super nice the coffee is excellent!

Hands down favorite coffee place in Wilmington. Dog friendly and they have a dark roast espresso that is pure gold. Also, try the almond bar.

This is a lovely cafe. We go here often! The coffee tastes exceptionally good, and the strudel is outstanding! Never crowded or noisy. People here are friendly.

Hidden gem! Their coffee is the best I’ve had in Wilmington (sugar free almond latte is superb).

I go and read here once a week, i get a iced coffee. The ice cubes are made of coffee so as they melt it doesnt dilute your drink. Best coffee in town! The baristas are very nice as well.

Love this little spot. They have delicious little pastries and coffee drinks. Cool seating areas to chill out in and very pleasant staff.
