Orders 50+ gallons of milk through Instacart and NEVER TIPS!!
Has milk placed on the filthy floor near drains and trash cans until staff can place in refrigerator.
You're in the service industry, do better!

Deja Brew has continued to raise prices, which is fine. Supply and demand, right? However, each time they do, their menus do not reflect the price change. I order the same drink nearly every day, and it seems that every few months I am getting a sticker shock when I am rung up. I check the menu board and the prices are still reflecting what they were before. If you are going to raise prices, you MUST also take the time and cost to update your signage. Period. Frankly, if it weren't for the great staff there, I would have switched to Starbucks or even Dunkin' a while ago.

BEWARE! Deja Brew used to have a quality about them that was beyond extraordinary but WOW change has really occurred. Every holiday, I enjoy the iced pumpkin spice mocha drink and the past 2 times it was AWFUL. I believe that ingredients have changed and the prices are ridiculous for the taste and terrible customer service.
While my friend and I were ringing up our order, a young lady with braided ponytails, was speaking to another coworker as if we were not there about how she didn't get much sleep last night and etc. This is not typical encounters so I was okay with the continual conversation engagement with them.
Next, I went to drink my 7.36 medium iced pumpkin drink and NOOOOOO pumpkin taste or anything. The taste left me gagging. I took it back in after trying it again, still not good. Added 2 packs of SPLENDA..... not good so..... I did the next reasonable thing- take it back. I spoke in a gentle tone of voice to a guy who asked what do I want him to do to it????!!!???????!!!!!!! He went to the young lady with the braids and frown and she asked "Like what is wrong with it?" I said it is just not too good. She said "Well, we can't make you another one so I can put more pumpkin in it or something.... what do you want? " I said sure but is there a difference in the ingredients because I come here every year for this experience. May I speak with the manager or owner" She said..... "Well he won't be here until tomorrow and that is all I can say about that but I won't give you another drink but will add pumpkin" I said okay. She took her hands, NO GLOVES OR DIFFERENT CUP, put it under the flavor and sqirted some in my drink, shook it up, hitting it on her top to shake it and handed it to me. Then "Better" then turned around. The 2 of the other workers smiled, bumped their arms in celebration and she went back to her boyfriend or guy friend whom she told me she paid for their drink when I said politely she can ring it up. They walked past with a smirk on their faces once I decided to leave.
Why should I pay for another disgusting drink and why is it, I cant get access to a manager? I have never quite had this experience before here EVER.
The quality of this lovely coffee shop is going downhill VERY fast and it is sad. Possibly raise the standards and go above and beyond the typical place. Rather go to a chain then be treated this way.
Coffee, wasted in the garbage. This was not clean, with the spread of germs..... I do not feel welcomed or safe here any longer. Eat or drink here at your own risk of not just mental health but also physical health. Was treated like a peasant which leaves one wondering why...? Race? Day? Not sure but this was humiliating and embarrassing.
The best thing here is the desserts, sparkling water. My friend also reports that the coffee was burned. It was empty..... where are the customers? I am guessing they are where the customer service is........ no where to be found.

The best little coffee shop in Raleigh. All the baristas are incredibly nice. The drinks are delicious. I've been coming here for over a decade for a reason.

Deja Brew used to be one of my regular coffee spots. This last year, however, I continue to be disappointed each visit. Their staff changed and the care and concern in their drinks left with them. My last straw was today when I mis-spoke and accidently said "medium" when I wanted a large, which the person at the window was super cool about it and told the girl making the drinks...who then huffed and made an off-hand comment about her annoyance with me that I unfortunately overheard. To rub salt in the wound, she basically shoved the drinks into my hand and slammed the drive-thru door shut as I was in the middle of thanking her for understanding my mistake.
I guess the real mistake was continuing to come here. Unfortunately, I think today will be the retirement of my patronage to DB. There are other coffee places that are more welcoming than this one has been this previous 12 months and I'd much rather take my business there.

First time coming to this coffee shop. I have tried many in the Raleigh area, I ordered the turkey Pesto which was reasonably good for the cost! However, as a guy I felt bit weird and uncomfortable how the men workers were dressed as more so girlish, that didn’t sit well with me or the guest I brought along. I won’t be coming back here, and as the setting just didn’t suit me. Hope they make improvement changes in their dress code and surrounding…

Place looks and feels dirty, but the staff is friendly and the coffee was good. The food item I had was average.

I’ve always wanted to try the coffee here. Today was the day! Cute shop. They have a full menu, including bakery and sandwich options. The staff were very friendly. I ordered an iced mocha to see how it compared to Starbucks and it was actually better!

This is a quiet/chill spot. Don't know what you want? They'll ask you a bit about your likes and recommend a few. They're patient and polite. I try to stop by when I'm in the area. This is their take on Vietnemese coffee. I like 😊

Friendly staff, great coffee and cappuccino. Funky monkey is super sweet but delicious. Cappuccino had a great foam and wasn't too bitter.
