The products were good, but the service was very slow. The workers seemed to be inattentive. They were talking to each other the whole time including when I was ordering. My iced chai latte took 10 minutes to make without a line in front of me, and 3 workers. The chai was good, but not 10 minutes good.

ever since Kevin showed me the spot, it's been my favorite. I believe this is one of Raleigh's best kept secrets, and it's my favorite places to relax and grab a a vanilla caramel macchiato almond milk coffee đđ they have great non-dairy options and gluten-free oatmeal. As always, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing with plenty of comfortable seats and tables. They have great clean bathrooms too!! I would put this high on my list of study places probably 2nd or 3rd if not first. I honestly wish I was closer because I would go here more often!! Love it đ keep it up guys!!

Store hours say they close at 7pm. Arrived at 6pm on 11/13 with the neon light on stating theyâre open. I walked in, and the cashier states he closed the register already. I just needed some a small cup coffee, he could have at least asked if I wanted the coffee they were dumping out as I walked in. Just typical bad professionalism from a small business. At least lock the doors and turn off the bright neon sign stating youâre open before you close all of the registers. The cashier dude needs to be coached on some serious customer service.

Did not enjoy our first time experience. Both drinks were not great, and bagel barely had any cream cheese on it. The place is also dirty. If you look down at counters or where bakery items are, lots of dust, stains, and even hair. I wanted to enjoy and had higher expectations given the 4.5 star average review but doesnât appear owners are paying attention given current state.

After ordering a drink I didnât end up enjoying, I asked if I could get something else instead and they said theyâd have to charge me for it. I was told the drink I got was popular and really good but wouldnât suggest it to anyone. đ· (pumpkin brĂ»lĂ©e latte) it tastes like a candle.
Iâve been here once before and enjoyed my coffee, but disappointed that they donât take care of their customers enough to make sure theyâre satisfied. If you spend over $6 on a drink, I think you should enjoy it.
Iâve worked at 2 different coffee shops and at both, if the customer wasnât satisfied with their order, you make sure they leave happy. Needless to say, I wonât be coming here again unless itâs convenient or suggesting this place to anyone in the future!

Went to go enjoy coffee and I think they were closed?? I didn't see any signage or anything that said they would be, I made sure I was in normal business hours, came at about 3pm, but the door was locked (?) and no one picked up the phone. Not upset, just confused as even Google says they should be open. Will be happy to go back after the holiday season!

I went for the first time today and will definitely be back, it is a cute quaint little coffee shop and both the latte and sandwich I ordered were very good. Definitely recommend the turkey pesto if you're looking for something to eat!

The place has great potential. Staff was more focused on their own conversations than the business. Coffee was good. Patrons there were working and studying. Great outdoor patio area. Wonât be returning, but now I know.

Deja Brew is a nice coffee shop in mid-to-north Raleigh. Unlike many local coffee shops, they have a drive through, so you can get your joe on the go while supporting a local business instead of defaulting to a big corporation for convenience.
They have lots of seating inside and a smallish covered patio section outside.
There are some baked goods availableâthe selection isnât huge, nor do they seem to be prepared onsite, but they are still tasty, and this is a coffee shop, not a pastry shop.
The manager/owner/person in authority who was there when I visited was very nice, and they made sure everyone had a great experience and great coffee.

Excuses after excuses. The owners donât care and just want your money. They donât train employees correctly and the store gives out expired coffee all the time. They will say itâs freshly brewed by the hour or 2. But thatâs not true I guess lying is the new business tactic.
