Absolutely phenomenal coffee!!! Loved this place and will go out of my way to come back as soon as possible. Was lucky enough to meet the owner and hear her story. I encourage everyone to visit this place. Even if you dont drink coffee, we could all use a smile from a friendly face.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown Mt.Airy. A definite must see. I always grab my large Strawberry Banana Smooth when I'm passing thru! Locally owned and operated!

I love the atmosphere and vibe of Keepsmiling. There’s great seating, location, and of course drink selection. I would recommend the iced laced or the dirty chai. If that’s not your cup of tea, go for the smoothies. This is the perfect place to meet friends or clients. Business and pleasure!

My fiancé and I stopped here traveling through Mayberry. The owner, Angel, welcomed us with her warm smile and bubbly personality. We had some delicious scones and awesome coffee and heard her story of how the coffee shop came to be. A story of how adversity turned into something beautiful.. we left with a smile and also made a friend.. like the song by Dionne Warwick… Keep smiling.. that’s what friends are for 😇❤️ Thank you Angel!!! 🙂

By far my favorite coffee shop in mount airy! They will do any flavor you come up with and recommend great things based on your previous orders or what you say you like! Give them a try and pay it forward by buying a sticky so someone can get a free coffee when they need it most!

Very nice group working. Very friendly. Good coffee. They hit all the marks for a good coffee shop. Next time I'm in town I will be visiting again.

We love coming to Keep Smiling A’latte! We visit every time we come to Mount Airy. You feel welcome as soon as you enter the store. They have a good selection of sweets/snacking foods. The variety of drinks is amazing: coffee, tea, lemonades just to name a few! They are so helpful with suggestions in making the perfect experience! Great location with easy parking and handicapped accessible!
