Mount Airy needs a coffee shop like this. Not traditional Italian but incredibly good none the less. Beautiful vibes on the inside. Love the post it note board, very unique and caring idea. I had the vanilla bean latte and it was delicious!

We went for a morning walk and found this delightful coffee shop! They have a great idea for blessing others, too!

I love this coffee shop! They may be new, but they are so so good at making coffee! Not only are their pastries and coffee perfect, the atmosphere is inviting. There is so much love and happiness coming out of this place, it makes you want to keep coming back for more. I recommend the Carmel macchiato, the iced coffees, and even the sugar free coffees!

My co-workers and I drive 25 minutes one way to get coffee at Keepsmiling A'Latte. The story of the business is fantastic, and the employees are top notch. They serve a very smooth coffee with an excellent flavor profile.
I strongly recommend it over the other alternatives in Mount Airy, and Surry County.

Passing through town and needed a morning coffee fix. This was a coffee shop was a great choice! The lady at the counter was extra nice, and there were so many flavor options. I got the vanilla bean iced coffee and it was delicious!

Prices are really high for this place $$$. Just wanted to check it out. Also took a extra long time for 2 small drinks and we were the only two customers in the Café. Coffee was good but not worth the price.

This by far is the Best and most Welcoming Coffee Shop I've ever been to. Angel and her staff are Amazing!! Not only do you leave with an Amazing Cup of coffee but with a smile on your face. Do yourself a favor and take time to go Visit the place. 💙
