LJ Beaners Bakery and Cafe

I'm out here for work.. but this place make me want to move out here just for them! I got staff the peanut butter brownie, cinnamon roll, blondie bar, snicker doodle and some drinks. I do feel the cinnamon roll needs more cinnamon mixture throughout. I love this place!

Headed home from a great week at the beach and wanted coffee and breakfast. What a cute place. My husband and I had the breakfast burrito, hot coffee and a vanilla cappuccino. Our little ladies split an egg sandwich and of course each got a delicious donut. Picked up a peanut butter brownie and the cutest "ice cream cone" sugar cookies for later. Great service, delicious food, super clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors to enjoy the beautiful Carolina morning weather. Now we know to skip the chains and enjoy a local bakery and Cafe. we will for sure spread the word and be back.

The wait it was a little long. When we did finally get our food it was very good. We also bought some pastry to eat when we got home it was exceptional.

Amazing little Cafe and bakery. Pastries and coffee are always great and we also love their breakfast. Friendly customer service. We have also ordered custom cakes and cupcakes and they do an amazing job at a great price! Highly recommended!

My usual is the raspberry jelly roll which is a raspberry white chocolate and they make a good one. It has quite a bit of heavy cream/milk in it so if you want more coffee flavor ask for different milk. I've tried a few of their breakfast items and they are good portions at a fair price. Everything in their pastry counter looks amazing! Staff is friendly and talkative which gives off a small town vibe.

Nice little place. Delicious pastries. Thought their lunch prices seemed a bit high, but didn't try anything. Their wraps might be well worth every penny. They have a nice selection of coffees to choose from and make smoothies too.

My wife and I are always trying to find local spots for food/coffee, and in our trek from SE Pennsylvania to Corolla Outer Banks that can sometimes prove impossible. Well yesterday on our way home we were able to find this little gem. Cannot say enough positive things about this place. Clean, friendly and great selection. Only gripe would be their are very few options for my vegan wife, but that’s completely understandable. Hopefully y’all can run a couple Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks/McDonald’s outta business down there!!!

My latte was delicious and the peach pastry was light and fluffy! Super yummy breakfast sandwich and my daughter had the breakfast burrito. Love the fall decorations!

Gourmet pastries, perfectly made coffee, great breakfast and lunch options, and unmatched customer service. what else could you need? I went there the last three mornings in a row. I will be visiting next time I’m close to being in the area.
