Front Porch Cafe-Manteo

A favorite local coffee shop perfect for meeting friends or clients. I had the chocolate filled croissant which was amazing! Excellent coffee and friendly staff eager to make your experience a great one.

Take this review for what it is, an opinion. Got several pastries and multiple different kinds of drinks, and on top of the crowd that had accumulated there, which were mostly bikers and made us feel awkward, we just didn't feel that the food and drink improved our experience. The staff was very nice, but whipped cream topped a cinnamon bun instead of cream cheese, and the nitro coffee was a very bizarre taste. The pastries were fine, but nothing special. It's just not a place we'd return.

Great coffee shop! I loved their iced Americano. They even made it strong enough for me, which is hard to find. Very good, flavorful coffee. The GOOD local beer for sale was also a nice bonus. I went yesterday and heading there again today!

We've stopped here a few times over the years when we're in town. Always great service and great coffee. They also have some great local gifts. Definitely recommend you stop here if you're in town.

I absolutely love this coffee shop in Manteo! When the weather is nice they have an awesome Front Porch! The inside is very spacious and nice and the staff is very friendly. Definitely check it out during your stay in Manteo!

Everything we ordered here was really good and they have nitro cold brew which will really get you going. I love the ambiance in this place, it's laid back a chill. They have dog biscuits for your best friend and fur baby, they also have a pretty big dinning area so it doesn't feel uncomfortable. I will definitely frequent this place it's the best coffee shop I've been to on the obx so far.

I got their Third Street coffee and it was really good. I'd never heard of chocolate whipped cream and it was great in my coffee. I would definitely get coffee here again on my next trip.

You want the "best" coffee. This is the place. We're going back today and get a big bag to take home. Nice comfy place with sofas to sit and sip on your coffee. Saw many locals going in. Their decade is not weak like most. It's nice and bold.

Great place to stop on your way to the aquarium! The banana walnut muffin was AMAZING it had just come out of the oven unbeknownst to me. Litterally could be the best muffin I have ever had in my life. The bagel with cream cheese my girlfriend had was also very tasty the bagel was airy and flavorful a very good bagel dough. The black coffee was hot and tasty it had a good balance of acidity and was full bodied. My gf had a tasty iced caramel macchiato it was flavorful and sweet nailed that classic drink. Will be back during our next trip to OBX.
