I'm not one to write reviews normally, but I feel like I have to give Ashley's a 5 star review!
My fiance and I made a very quick trip to Kill Devil Hills and stopped here all three mornings we were in town. The coffee is AMAZING, and they have milk alternatives available which is great! The pastries were just as good as the coffee and it really made mornings on the beach even.
We've already talked about coming back when we're in Corolla for a week in August. Yes that's a bit of a drive, but we agree this place is so worth it! I can't recommend them enough!

Ashleys Espresso Parlour was by far the best coffee spot we enjoyed in this trip! The shop is super cute, the vibe was chill and welcoming, and the drinks did not disappoint! I had the Coco-NonA, as recommended by my cousin (a local), and it was amazing! If you are in the area, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend adding this to your daily routine!!!

A lovely neighborhood coffee shop with sweet little tables and delicious pastry. Lovely, warm atmosphere with local art all around, some for sale. They said they will be open all year, not closing for winter. Really good coffee and pastry

Can’t recommend enough. In town visiting for a wedding and wanted some local coffee and this one hit all the marks! From a perfectly well done americano, to an awesome beach vibe, happy staff, and a great owner who is walking around and socializing with her customers. We were very impressed! Well done!

Only stopped in for a quick double shot. Long line, the baked goods looked fantastic. The line moved quickly, the espresso was just perfect. The vibe inside felt a little precious, but who cares? Did I mention that the espresso was very good?

I happened to meet one of your employees today. His name is Parker. He shared with me his passion for working at "The coffee shop". As I listened to him describe his daily duties, I could tell he genuinely cares about his customer service, and his attention to detail on providing that "perfect cup of coffee". I guarantee this. There were 4-5 groups in front of us in line but the line moved quickly. The inside appeared small but the inside was closed due to COVID-19. Very friendly staff. Outside seating/waiting area is pretty large, plenty of benches, and right under a big live oak. Parking in front and in rear. Drinks were delicious (from the high maintenance drinks menu) and the food tasted like it was home made that morning (bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and everything bagel with tomato and lime cream cheese were fantastic).

Favorite spot for coffee when I'm in town. Great outdoor areas for you and dogs. Red dawn with oatmilk is delightful beverage!

Very disappointing visit. They were out of the bagels that we wanted and didn’t add the flavoring for one of the drinks. The other 2 drinks weren’t anything special. We ended up throwing our drinks away.
