Great coffee! Customer service was amazing as well, super nice staff. Gave 4 stars because my breakfast sandwich wasn't the best, but I'll definitely be going back for coffee!

I absolutely love PCJ! Their employees are some of the nicest people I've experienced working in customer service. And their Mocha Freeze is addictive. :)

Husband and I both like this place although it seems they need more baristas in the morning to keep up with demand. Also, no loyalty program or punch cards? For the price of their coffee, which is on par with starbucks, I'd be a more regular customer with a rewards program.

Awesome. I drive all the way across town to go there.. Mediterranean wrap add chicken. Atleast once a week like clock work. Also love the smoothies.

PCJ Jax is the best local coffee shop hands down. The coffee is perfect and the staff and always so friendly and kind. I love having them as a downtown neighbor!

Clean place. Friendly staff. Excellent coffee. The place is set up very cute and comfortable. Outside seating available.

If I could give them 0 stars then I would. Their espresso was so nasty. At first I thought it was just expired shots so I went back and the espresso tasted the exact same! I'm not sure if their beans are/were just expired or what but it was so nasty and I haven't been back since.

Great place to unwrap and relax and nice staff of ladies, but why do they have to wear masks when their is no mask mandate for Jacksonville NC.? The entire staff stated they too are vaccinated. It’s sad to watch them sweat their faces off when completely distanced and vaccinated.

First impressions are important. My first time visiting a PCJ of which I advised barista, whom was as sweet as pie. After chatting a little I decided on the caramel ice coffee....😊great! Or so I thought. After pulling out of the parking lot I took my first sip & notice the coffee was a little strong...no problem, once the ice begins to melt it will be perfect. Second sip, cough cough what the what? I lift the cup to look at the bottom and yep😣, lots of coffee ground. Needless to say that this will probably be my last visit🤔.

Visited this place while taking a trip to Jacksonville, NC. Excellent house blend coffee with super friendly staff. 5 stars all the way!
