They have the best coffee in town. (Sorry Starbucks)
Professional and fast service. Clean dining room & bathroom. Plus, they offer a small *but yummy* selection of food. Mainly sandwiches. There was a minor issue with a previous order. The issue was possibly on my end. I could have accidentally ordered the wrong the beverage. I sent them a Facebook message explaining the situation. The manager replaced my order. Some prices are a bit high. Their large mocha shake is well worth $6! Yes, that's expensive, but other items are priced comparable-some less expensive-than other coffee houses & restaurants that serve coffee, espresso drinks and specialty items such as shakes. Draw back: they close early at 8:00pm.

I’ve been a regular here for awhile. The staff is very friendly and makes a great product. PLEASE bring back the cranberry turkey sandwiches! Those were my favorite thing on the lunch menu!

When my husband and I go out to run errands, this is like our “treat” to ourselves. Starbucks is good, Dunkin’ is cheap and good, but Port City is great. Like the Milky Way & Almond Joyful are my favorites. Their pricing is similar to Starbucks, but more worth it in my opinion. Their muffins are amazing (especially the seasonal ones) and the staff is so friendly.

This rating will be higher if they ever fix the smell inside the place. There is a disgusting sewage smell that permeates most of the establishment, unfortunately. Other than that, they have great coffee and the best hot tea choices. The pastries are usually on the dry side, but they are tasty. The staff is usually friendly and efficient, but it depends.

Wonderful service and great coffee! I love using their indoor area as a place to study. The WiFi is fast and the shop is always clean. I come so much the employees even gave me a Christmas card! I recommend Port City over places such as Dunkin or Starbucks because it is much less busy and I can concentrate on my work better!

Their coffee is incredible! We've even had some of the pastries and wraps-delicious! My husband will have us drive out of the way just to get one of their yummy Super Java Shakes!

The place was clean and have a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Has better food options I usually do not do coffee so having food and other beverages on hand was cool. The employees even though very busy were nice, and attentive even with a packed drive through food was good unlike the microwaved starbucks smashed breakfast sandwich. Wife had the carmello leche said it was solid. Prices were noticeably better than the chains.

If I could give more stars I would. My husband and I have been going to PJC everyday for a while now. We love the coffee and the people. I’m pretty sure they know who it is the second we say our order. They are sweet to our toddler too. Unfortunately we have moved away and won’t be able to have PJC again. We really are going to miss it. I hope that one day we can come back and enjoy a cup of their coffee and see our favorite baristas. Thank you for everything guys from your Medium hot black coffee and small iced caramel with extra creamer and extra sugar💕

Moved here 2 years ago, been coming here ever since! Can't beat the "Iced Black&Tan" - its always a hit! Staff is friendly and always great service! The Mediterranean Wrap is always hot and delicious! My husband is a big fan of the "Iced Carmaello Leche"

Do not recommend. But Giving this 3 stars instead of 0 because the cashier was sweet and the barista was mildly polite and I really think it comes down to the products used not the skill of the barista but my almond milk latte was undrinkable. I never toss coffee (especially when I pay that much) but it tasted like coffee flavored original (not barista) almond Milk. Will not return. But as a barista myself I know you can only control so much and have to work with what you got. I think the problem here is the quality of the espresso and the choice of milk by the people in charge.
