Cute and quiet place. Nice selection of drinks and food. Loved the mocha chino but wished my apricot tea had more syrup. Didn’t care for the chicken in my wrap so I think I’ll stick to the vegetarian option for sure. Muffin was good. Would come again.

This little coffee shop doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside it is super cute and has great drinks. It is a cute coffee shop to just spend an hour or so relaxing in the adorable atmosphere. Highly recommend the strawberry mango smoothie. It has the right amount of sweet and sour.

Second time in here. Went during the 8 o’ clock hour, a few people inside but the drive thru was busiest. Was greeted right away and seen/served very quickly. I had a perfect hot chai tea latte and a bagel with cream cheese. A lovely Valentines Day pick me up. Very clean and cozy. Bathroom is clean which is also nice. Definitely will be back for this inviting coffee shop vibe.

The location doesn't look the nicest outside, but it is really nice and well decorated inside. There was plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly. The coffee also tasted great. My wife got the Hazelnut Latte and I got the Chai Tea Latte.

I didn't catch the baristas name but he was so fun and helpful. He took the time to explain the different blends they have. I ended up choosing Black mountain blend it was very good. I even took home a bag of Black mountain beans and have been enjoying and great cup of coffee each morning.

I love the laid back, relaxing atmosphere at Port City Java. It's located right next to the river, and there's plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. There's also a drive thru option if you aren't looking to sit down and stay a while. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My drink was so delicious! My wrap was just ok, but I was mainly there for the coffee anyway.

I have always enjoyed Port City Java, and this time I decided to shake things up by getting a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, slice of cheddar, and an egg white, it was the best breakfast I've had this year. P.S. if you are sensitive to caffine take care to buy a decaf beverage. I was up all night😅

Honestly I come here often and always give the opportunity to redeem the last mistake but this has been my most disappointing visit. Burnt waffle that taste BURNT! Why serve something like this when you know it’s no good. Most people are on the way to work so now we get stuck with no breakfast cause the food is burnt and/or cold. I always get the spinach ricotta and they are never warm/hot. How could a company expect food to be hot when they warm it in the microwave in the bag that it’s served in. I really enjoyed coming here before work but this is just too much. I spent $30 for breakfast and can’t even eat the waffle or the two “cold” spinach ricotta smh . I will not be returning after today. Very disappointed that the workers don’t take pride in providing good quality to buying/returning customers.

☀️ We really like it here. It's kind of like going local since it's from Wilmington. The coffee is very good, from black coffee to fancy treat coffees. I usually have an Americano w cream and sugar but today I had a Peppermint Ghirardelli Mocha and it was good! Their food items are good: bagels sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, wraps, muffins and more! The service was really good today. Cool artist drawings for sale in shop too, you don't get that at the chains! ☕️ 🍞

Very nice! The coffee was smooth and not too sweet, I got the caramel de leche. I really enjoyed the overlook of the river from the patio.. Will probably become a weekend study place of mine!
