Cute and quaint coffee shop in the heart of “downtown” Harrisburg. The young people who work here know my order and are very sweet. Love the community room, shows the history of Harrisburg. Very fast and you always run into people you know! Love the vibes! I would rather go here than Dunkin’ or even Starbucks. Support local!

Great place and all but if you are going to be working with food and drinks, wear a hair net as well as gloves. To that woman that let her child behind the counter while she worked, disgusting. We don't know where he's been or where his hands have been or what he's touching. The owner Dave replied and told me to take my business elsewhere which I will gladly do. Just because that child is your son doesn't mean he has the right to be behind the counter. You don't know what I look like or what my real name is. So you don't know who it is. Are you going to ban all of your customers? 😂😂

So yummy it's almost gone before I could even write this!!!! You guys really need to play some music in here though, kind of creepy in the silence. Cute staff, cheap and tasty nonetheless!

We've recently made Rocky River Coffee Co our weekend place to go for coffee/sweet treat whenever we find ourselves driving through Harrisburg. Their rotating flavored coffee selections are a must try when you want something more than plain, black coffee. Also, the chocolate chip cookies are amazing.

Great local coffee! Been going here for years for Sunday treats. The apple fritter and latte today hit the spot. Love the newer interior, too! I wish there was more space for seating, but they definitely work well with what they have. The staff are also super friendly and helpful every time I go!

Very friendly staff and great coffee. We frequent the Harrisburg area and always grab coffee or ice cream from RR Coffee. You can’t go wrong and the shop has a very relaxing but joyful vibe. Highly recommend giving them a try for coffee, ice cream, or both.

Great coffee and bagel sandwiches with an incredible staff! The atmosphere is clean and cozy, and the outdoor seating area is also nice. This shop is locally owned and the owner is very friendly. Elyssa makes the absolutely best coffee and is always extremely friendly! Syd is amazing and always greets us with a smile. A must visit!

Great place for a coffee and some conversation with a friend or spouse! They absolutely ask their patrons to wear a mask, despite some other comments. Social distancing? Never been an issue waiting on the line. It saddens me that people have to try and destroy a business bc they are afraid.

Love their egg sandwiches, homemade scones, and they have great herbal teas as well!

Wonderful coffee, wonderful service with a great attitude, friendly and warm environment and patrons. Sugar-free options for coffee flavors (two big thumbs up for this 👍👍). Love that the hours are open later on a Friday night versus another shop in town. Feels like the neighborhood coffee shop we enjoy at the beach. 🥰
