First visit. Had regular coffee, spiced cider and breakfast. Loved it. Had the same issue with the tops not staying on the cups. Size small.

Amazing coffee, pastries, and bagels. Only downfall is cups with weak lids. If you barely squeeze your cup, or try and pick your cup up from the cupholder, be ready for the lid to come off, and a mess to clean up. Aside from that, best place within miles for coffee and grub ❤️

The large hot caramel latte with 2% milk is very good. It’s also very hot.

Love this place. The baristas are very friendly, drinks are always great, and their baked goods are awesome. The owner, Dave, is very responsive and is a caring business owner. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied.

I absolutely love this coffee shop to me 100% better then Star Bucks. I get the Mocha Frappe and everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese. The bagles are NY bagels. Just absolutely delicious 😋. The staff is so welcoming and kind and friendly. So are customers. They have comfortable seating and tables if is a group or if your alone on your laptop. This is my favorite eatery. Try them and you will see.

I popped in around 11:30 on a Saturday and the place was popping. The line was a bit long but I waited and was rewarded for my patience. The iced latte was delicious- not too weak or watery, not bitter- just right. I grabbed an apple danish to go with it and the pastry was fluffy and light, the apples sweet but not overbearing. Overall a wonderful tasteful adventure. Will definitely come back!

Went in this morning to try it, and I wish I hadn't. This place is a joke--it's not a New York bagel. It's a cheap shop ran by girls. I ordered a bagel with vegetable cream cheese, not toasted. I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese--toasted. I came in to get it fixed and they said they didn't have vegetable cream cheese--why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered??? I asked for a refund and they gave me cash. They couldn't give it on card. When the girls called for someone to help give a refund, she yelled to her and the response was "what?! I'm busy!" Classy. Please do NOT go to this place. If you want a real bagel, go to Mike's Bagels. Way better. Which is where I ended up. Never again.

In response to the owner’s tasteless response: It makes sense why the customer service is lacking here—he clearly has zero inkling of what customer service should be. Instead of taking accountability, he blames the problem on the customer and says there’s no way the business would’ve lasted—news flash: the government had been in business much longer and they’re still garbage.

My sister and I have been coming here for years. We ended up moving to Ohio but every time we come back to the area we have to visit like we are today. Absolutely love this place, nothing like it in Ohio near where we live.
